Did a good job installing a new frame and back door. They took the existing screen door and installed it. No more gap at the bottom and air tight! the only problem I had, is after they left, I found damage to the new door around the hardware bolt exits were pieces of the door had been broken off. That's why quality is at a 4 star. Other than that, they were cheaper than other quotes and very friendly/professional. I plan to use them again for other projects.

Our Screened in Porch is finished! Thank you to Ask Michael LLC for working with us to make this the porch we thought we had when we bought the house, but know we have now. Insulated ceiling, directional fan, outlets, lights, fully water proof roof, and custom screens for these huge windows! He was on time and quickly determined it would take 2 people to complete the job (raising cabinets up by about 1/2 to 3/4 inch so the new refrigerator would slide in the spot). That was accomplished & then he noticed that the space was so tight at the counter top level, that the side of the counter top would have to be planed for more space. It turned out to be a little complicated but turned out well!

Mr. Fairfield responded quickly to my contact and generated a quick & reasonable estimate for a general bathroom repair and replacement of fixtures job. He clearly knew what he was doing and completed the work on time and within the contracted budget. I wouldn't hesitate at all in setting up future home repair work with him.

I contacted Home Advisor on a Friday afternoon a few days before Xmas, looking for help assembling furniture that had arrived in boxes. I received a call within minutes from Ask Michael. A couple other similar local businesses contacted me, as well, but not as quickly. Nor did the other businesses say they could complete the task yet that day/evening as Ask Michael promised to do. Indeed, two young men from Ask Michael arrived roughly 2 hours after my initial request and adeptly assembled a couch and a queen size bed in less than 30 minutes. Super nice, polite, professional guys. Will most definitely turn to Ask Michael in the Springfield area or Home Advisor in the Chicago area in the future!
