if you buy a pool from Bwet/Bdry (or any other service) just know that you are going to be lied to. There are several reviews out there about the company lying to their customers. The people at the front desk are the worst customer service people I have ever encountered, and they lie as well. We bought an above ground pool for Bwet/Bdry and we had to replace the whole thing out of our pocket except the shell because of the lies of Bwet and Doughboy pools. Avoid!! Go anywhere else.

Sump Pump installed. A1 company all the way around from Marc Cooper Project Specialist to the gentlemen doing the actual work. Highly recommend this company.

Prompt service. I didn't have to wait weeks for someone to come and estimate the job and then wait even longer for the work to be completed. They worked within my schedule and project was completed in less than a day.

They contacted me but would never give me a quote. They guy did not know what he was doing because I saw him call for help.

They did install a second sump pump in our basement. Everyone in the BDry was so professional (estimation, office, and the actual installation) and efficient. Bob is our tech person, and he and his assistant did an amazing job. They came and the work was finished earlier than schedule. Bob even cleaned up the area (inside and outside), there was no need to clean after the work. I highly recommend BDry for any basement work.

Start to finish, Marc for the Estimate, great service from the friendly and helpful office staff (Kelly, I think?) and Tim and his very quite and very hard working assistant. In fact so quiet, I forgot his name (sorry)! I am very satisfied with the new basement window, looks great, lighting from the window makes it feel much more like a bedroom and less a dark, dank basement. Great attitudes from Tim and crew, represent the company very well. Despite the scheduling snafu, all went great, Great job B-Dry, I recommend this company.
