We bid with two other HVAC contractors and we pulled the trigger with Jim and his team. What put them apart was that they took their time assessing our home and situation, walked through all possible options, and clearly communicated those options. They evaluated and wanted to find the most feasible option for us, with efficiency and cost in mind. The other contractors came through and kind of already had their minds set on what heating system to use. Jim is also very personable, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. Jim and Carlton's proposal was the most cost effective overall - the unit/system itself and our personal ROI. It was gas as opposed to electric, the job was the least complex in terms of labor and construction, and it's functionality was worth the price."

"Do not use!!! They installed a new thermostat 12/3/24. I am in the hospital and my sister came to the house on 1/11/25 to the temperature in my home being 99 degrees. They did not stand behind the thermostat they installed less than 45 days ago. They charged over 200 dollars for a thermostat I found on Amazon for 50 dollars plus another 200 in service fees. I will NEVER use them again."

As a retired VP of Services, I notice the details and process. They delivered. Louis was sent for a follow-up to service because our fan motor unit needed to be cleaned. All of this was very well documented with pictures and showing me the actual motor unit. Louis did a great job of explaining and showing me the actions and results.
