The crew was quick and courteous. I had three estimates, and Alâ s was the best value by far.

Brian & Geno did excellent work auditing my install of the furnace and AC before completing the lineset connections and system charging for both of my AC systems. They located a lineset breach (a failed solder joint) deep in a wall and repaired with a new braised joint. Everything is working great and, although the final cost was considerably higher than the quote, was still very reasonable for the additional work performed. I couldn't ve more pleased. Al's will be my go-to team from now on and will direct my contractors to use them as well.

These guys get it done. We initially called a couple different vendors to address a tenant cooling issue in the middle of a state wide heat wave. The second vendor we called to the location on two different days produced no results. These guys got it done before noon on the first try! Make them your first and last call.

It was an excellent experience working with Brian of AL's Cooling and Heating which installed a furnace and a CAC replacement unit at my residence. I did alot of research and got several bid to compare proposals, both price as well as recommended solutions. AL's was the best in terms of the competence, professional presentation , answering my questions, including follow up ones, and price. His responses were prompt compared to others, too. time is ticking and very important when one is talking furnace in chicago in the Fall. The installation went very smooth and included testing.

Professional, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable

Had an issue that occurred annually at the coldest time of winter where the furnace would kick off after running, was afraid I would have to replace it all. Al's tech took a look, checked a bunch of stuff with gas, burners, and sensors, made adjustments and did a LOT of testing. The technician tested the furnace extensively - all good and running and ready for winter, would recommend 10 out of 10!

They were very knowledgeable, a good price, a great company.

My AC was low on refrigerant charge and ALs provided several repair options. In the end we decided to recharge the system and assess leak rate. AC ran without issue all summer. The service professional from ALs was courteous and the pricing was very fair. Would recommend.

It's hard to find a reliable repair company, especially in the city. Al's answered our call right away, was available quickly to come out and fixed our unit. We worked with Brian and he was so polite and did a great job helping us understand the issue, and how it was fixed. I hope our unit doesn't break again for a long time but if it does we will definitely be using Al's again!!! Highly recommend.
