"We can't say enough about how delighted we were with not only the results of our total kitchen remodel, but the experience of working with Mike, Ryan and Jared. From our very first contact, they were reliable and responsive, answering all texts and calls promptly and keeping appointments punctually. They offered ideas but were also highly respectful and responsive to ideas we presented, always saying "We can make that happen!", even when we had some really out-there requests like cutting a whole section of cabinets out around our 100 year old laundry chute and installing a stained glass window! Ryan and Jared are superb carpenters; their work is beautiful and they pay careful attention to detail. Best of all they are both extremely polite and pleasant, which really matters when someone is in your home every day for several weeks. They had our kitchen completely demolished down to the plaster and back to being a functioning kitchen in just 4 weeks , including significant plumbing and electrical repairs and upgrades , as well as delays in shipping of a replacement for a damaged cabinet (not their fault!) and our new window. They have well-established relationships with a number of local subcontractors and vendors who are equally reliable and skilled, so the project moved along without any other delays. The people at the front desk are the worst customer service people I have ever encountered, and they lie as well. We bought an above ground pool for Bwet/Bdry and we had to replace the whole thing out of our pocket except the shell because of the lies of Bwet and Doughboy pools. Avoid!! Go anywhere else."

It took 5 days (excluding Sunday) and that was after I called them every morning and taking off work. They kept promising me that they would come out to finish the project. The salesman stated they could do the roof of the gazebo. They couldn't. Also on the 5th day, they completed the job but left remaining boxes and material on the lawn. After paying close to $30,000, this is unacceptable."
