When I called to complain, I was told the owner would call me back, no call no refund. This happened May 17, and it’s end of June now, nothing but crickets. In this hard time, you can’t just take someone for almost $500 for doing nothing and think all is well. All you have done is invite darkness, sickness, and misfortune into your business and personal lives. You may have gotten away scamming unsuspecting customers with your scheme, not this time."

Today is Monday October 7th, 2 days after I requested service. I get an email from April saying they don't have a phone number for me and asking me to call to arrange service. How do they lose my number twice? And further, who calls for weekend service for a plumbing issue but can wait till Monday because of a company's incompetence? Not me. I called a competitor and they made it that day. Aksarben ARS was a waste of my time on Saturday. And the email this morning asking to reschedule service made my jaw hit the floor. I do not recommend Aksarben ARS."
