They have always performed their work in a professional manner, on-time and on-budget. Ricky normally oversees the office side of things (proposals, scheduling, coordination) and George manages the field side. Everyone is extremely easy to work with, know their profession and always try to please the client. We had a white-washed stain/finish applied to all our hardwood floors throughout the entire house (~2,400 sq.ft.). Ricky and George went the extra length to ensure this difficult job was technically doable and completed in a quality manner. We also had both front and rear staircases replaced with new tread/risers, newel posts and railings, and balusters replaced with decorative wrought iron. We could not have been more pleased with the outcome of all projects. We will use them on all future work, and highly recommend them."

He has worked in two personal homes installing all new hardwoods on the entire main levels and in the hallway upstairs and master bedroom. Additionally, McEwan floors has refinished the hardwoods in a rental home for me. Each time, Jim was patient with me when I took my time trying to decide what color stain. He often put several stain colors down for me to look at and decide on. He works diligently to get the job done as quickly as possible. Hardwood flooring install is a hard and messy process.
