They missed three scheduled appointments, with customer care telling me "they are on their way", "the truck didn't start", or "I'll call you back in 30 minutes" (never called). We only pursued this because we had already pre-paid for a so-called "maintenance agreement". Sincerely, if you want to run a small business, please do it correctly. "Xpert Air Solutions was great prompt call back, came the next day on time and ready to go was friendly, and went through the a/xc unit found the problem qu8ckly and replaced a part and then went through the rest to make sure there wasnt anything else causing a problem. Tom was here maybe an hour but made sure it was working properly and cold enough before leaving. The cost was cheaper than most but the best service/work I have come acrossed. Thank You"

He came back a few days later to get a ladder that he forgot and that was the last time I have seen him. Over the last 2 months, I have left 8 messages for management to contact me and have never received the first phone call or update. This is a terrible way to run a business."
