My heat pump system went down over 2 months ago and my home warranty company referred Mektek Mechanical. Jorge came out the following day to look at the system. He gathered information and took some pictures and was supposed to be arranging for a complete system replacement. He came back a few days later to get a ladder that he forgot and that was the last time I have seen him. Over the last 2 months, I have left 8 messages for management to contact me and have never received the first phone call or update. This is a terrible way to run a business.

The Tech was named Jevin out of Pensacola. He was is a hard worker and explained what he was doing, how long would it take and what should I look for in the future. He answered all my and my wifeâ s questions. I will say that he represented MEKTEK in the upmost matter. I would recommend him and his Company for anyone needing AC work done. Two friendly guys Vince and Bob came out early morning and helped me out with my HVAC unit repair. The fan wasn't spinning and a loud buzzing noise was coming from the unit. They quickly identified the problem and replaced my capacitors and my fan motor. Getting the replacement was quicker than expected, and installation when smooth as can be. Our AC is working fine again! I highly recommend MekTek to take care of your AC repair needs.

Serviceman came out to residence promptly. Diagnosed and repaired problem quickly and efficiently... Also performed some remedial A/C service that I neither knew to ask for or expected to be done.... Quite happy with the experience...

Oscar is very professional. He didn't have the 410 freon that my AC used. He gave an estimate of 5lbs and used 10lbs. He did not keep very good communications when he would return and charge the AC. It was late on Friday night when he wanted to come and I told him to come Saturday moring. He showed up this time like he said he would.

They were very professional, knowlegable and worked with our schedules. We were very satisfied with their service and would recomend them to anyone.
