Technicians are skilled, but management is atrocious. They missed three scheduled appointments, with customer care telling me "they are on their way", "the truck didn't start", or "I'll call you back in 30 minutes" (never called). We only pursued this because we had already pre-paid for a so-called "maintenance agreement". Sincerely, if you want to run a small business, please do it correctly. We are "hooking up" elsewhere next time.

it turned out to cost 1100 dollars or so. The ac unit had a lot a mold and I had them install a ultra violet light in the unit on sale for 499.00, and in addition the entire unit had to be cleaned and removed including the blower which cost 600 dollars or so. I would like to have the photos the tech took and told me he would send I did not get them

The repairs went great. The tech texted he was near and arrived during the time frame that was given when I booked the appointment. We discussed my problem and he quickly diagnosed what was needed, explaining it so I could understand what he needed to do. Once he finished the repair, he checked the unit to make sure everything else was in good shape, making a few minor adjustment for better efficiency. All in all, a great experience. I'm going to recommended MY AC Hookup to my friends and neighbors.

I had a great experience with My AC hookup, my air conditioner broke down and they sent someone out right away. My AC unit was dirty so they did a full overhaul cleaning as well as cleaned out all my air ducts. They were efficient and did a neat clean job. I would highly recommend them.
