Xpert Air Solutions was great prompt call back, came the next day on time and ready to go was friendly, and went through the a/xc unit found the problem qu8ckly and replaced a part and then went through the rest to make sure there wasnt anything else causing a problem. Tom was here maybe an hour but made sure it was working properly and cold enough before leaving. The cost was cheaper than most but the best service/work I have come acrossed. Thank You

It was a Sunday. I understand most businesses are not open on Sunday. The owner called me back within 5 minutes. He showed up at the job site within 1 hour. The job was fixed within 2 hours. But, he charged me twice what most other companies would have charged for the service. He did quote the job before starting. But I needed to get the job done.

Thomas is the most experienced and knowledgeable AC repairman to ever work on our equipment. (commercial roof system) He took the time to explain the parts to be replaced and provided photos of both the old and new parts before and after replacement. We received immediate and professional service

High humidity problem. System was not set correctly when installed around 3,5 years ago. Have had Florida Breeze out for maintenance and they have added refrigerant twice which has cost me around $1,300. This diagnostic visit was to find and repair the system errors. Tech to return in. Few weeks at no chg to make sure it is working properly after the changes.

Tom explained everything to me and he seems very knowledgeable.

Honest, trustworthy, punctual the first businessman; I have found that "is" in Brevard County. I would recommend him to anyone that needs a/c service. I posted on West "by God" Melbourne. That he came on a Saturday after a business was scheduled on Friday but never showed or called. And did not gouge me even though he could have. Most would have in this area.

Thomas called within minutes of my request. He arrived 30 minutes later and was very helpful with checking out my AC. He explained everything he was doing with the system and didn't do anything that was no requested. He is very fair in his pricing and informed me what everything would cost as he went. You do not have an option for Central A/C Service. Thomas did a service. Very professional. We have asked Thomas to come back in December to do the next service.

The company is very reasonably priced, especially for this economy right now. They also have a good rate on yearly maintenance too.
