"We had our York system installed by another company in May 2020. In the late fall when we needed the heater it was not clicking on and we were not getting heat. We called the owner/installer who came out and said it was a problem with the gas pressure and there was nothing he could do. He was asked how we could fix this problem and he gave no solutions. This problem again happened this winter and this time I decided to call a York certified company. I contacted Sensible Heating and Cooling who had a tech out the very next day. The tech, Eric, arrived and immediately show/explained our problem and gave us a way to fix it. Eric advised us to contact Xcel Energy and have the gas pressure turned up to a stronger flow. We did this but things still seemed a little off, so I contacted the company again and they had Eric out the very next morning. This time Eric again went through the system even more since the pressure was right and he found just two small problems that need to be adjusted and now the system works like it should. This company from the first contact to the end was nothing but professional. Their Tech Eric also was professional, willing to share his knowledge and to show us exactly what was wrong and how he fixed it. He explained how the furnace worked and what to look for if any problems arise in the future. In closing, I would highly recommend Sensible Heating and Cooling and their Tech Eric for any heating and cooling problems. There's not a more honest, trustworthy company in my opinion."

Mighty plumbing was paid $600 at their request and was asked to stop their efforts and leave because it was clear that they did have the ability to repair my system. They requested payment for accomplishing nothing. I would not recommend Mighty Plumbing for diagnosis or repair of a hot water heating system."

I was on the Ramsey show, Denver, yesterday and we are now launching an investigation and I am working towards a class action. "Very expensive. $600/hr labor cost. Just got a quote today for plumbing and electrical. 2 days of electrical work quoted for $10,000. 4 days of plumbing work quoted for $20,000 Cost of materials is for all work combined is probably $1,000. Roughly that makes $600/hr. That is simply outrageous."

"The project went smoothly, from the inititial call to setting the date and the actual work. The plumber was friendly and professional and showed up on time. He had all the required parts on his truck and completed the job within 30 minutes. The project rate ended up being in the ballpark of what I expected. It would have been nice to have some idea of the price before they showed up though. This seems to be an overall issue with Angi's list with 5+ vendors wanting to show up at you house before providing an estimate. It's probably the nature of the work..."
