TLDR; Not recomended over charged, wrong\bad diagnostice, and sabatoges equipment. Stay way. I have used Once Source Home Service for about 5 to 6 years. They had even been recommended by my to family and friends. The past year the service had gone down. Towards the end September 2024 had them out to look at the AC unit that stopped working. The AC (almost 5 years old) was "found" to have a bad compressior and even with it being under the manuafacturies waranty was going to cost $3,500 to fix. The furnace was also checked due to the AC having a heat pump and a furnace. After calling around town was told that the Freeon would be $60 to $85 ish per pound. (Don't remember the exactd cost. High end it would be about $750 for labor and freeon for (Olson Plumbing and Heating) to fix. When Olson came out to give a qoate for the AC, they checked the condensor which One Source did not check. The condinsor and parts and labor came out to $290. It is now 11/7 and I have been without heat for 8 days. Had Robbins come out to check on the furnace and there was a hose that was disconnected on the inside of the furnace. Called One Source to complain about the tech that was out. Either the tech was carless or he disconnected the hose that allowed pression to furnence, either way not happy to have to have someone come out and fix the furncnae after being told it was in good condition by One Source when the AC was looked at in September.
Description of Work: The AC stopped working. The AC and furnace where both checked. The cost below was the estimate and not paid due to wanting to reach out to other companies to check on pricing.

I was told I needed to replace my 4 year old Amana furnace and that the installation of the Amana was done improperly and should have been installed on a slanted platform. (My basement is slanted to a drain pipe that the furnace does drain to). They bad mouthed the company that I purchased it from and the furnace I had previously purchased. Their solution was for me to buy a new furnace! I called the original installers and sellers and they came out. It was a malfunction of parts and under warranty, thankfully. I would give this company a 0 star.
Description of Work: It was a maintenance call and they informed me of the damage and malfunctioning parts. I am thankful for that.

Absolutely horrible i am now filing a claim in small claims court because one source has caused multiple damages to my house and has not called back to any messages. This company is a hack company they will upsell you no matter what it cost. They ruined my electrical and broke appliances. they’re technicians chewy, skyler, and emilio were absolutely horrible and are in on the scams as well. I am now billing one source for everything they did so basically i’ll be getting a new a/c and furnance for free along with paying an electrician and 3rd party hvac to install and fix what they messed up. I am also billing them for broken oven and microwave caused by their horrible technicians (Names are above) Please never let them in your house unless you are ready to take one source to court!!!!

This will be the first time I have filed a complaint. They are very much like the fraudulent call centers overseas, but they are here in Colorado Springs. They put more effort into selling you something that you will never see. They portray a company willing to work with you on pricing and walk you through everything they are going to do for the price quoted. Then, when the contract is printed off, it doesn’t say what was agreed upon. Their supervisors tell you, with an understanding voice, that they will look into it, and they don’t. In fact, they will dodge your calls until you no longer want to try. It leaves such a sour taste in your mouth because you got swindled here in the states. Any warranty work you purchase only lines their pockets as well. They have never followed through with what was promised in the contract. The common statement is, “Let me look into it and I will get back to you.” Again, you don’t hear back from them. I would highly recommend you not let them into your home!!!

If I could give this company a zero star review, I would! The most unethical, dishonest company my father had ever dealt with in his almost 90 years. He called for his annual cleaning and service of his central a/c unit and it was one attempted up charge after another. My father told him no on every turn until they went outside and looked at the unit itself. The technician told my father he needed a part to enhance the efficiency of the unit. This was happening all while my father had to keep running back and forth in the house to check on my mom who is in late stage dementia. The technician kept on my father until out of frustration agreed to have the part installed. The price originally quoted was $740 which after some push back from my father, agreed to complete the “repair” for $540. Upon completion of the work, it was noted on the invoice that the technician worked on the unit for 9 hours at $60/hour. The technician was not there for 9 hours but a mere 1-1/2 hours. My father, upon doing research on the part that was installed, found that the part cost $12.83!! How do they continually get away with ripping off the public? This is not okay!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They have no morals whatsoever!

would leave 0 stars if I could. This company is a joke. They dont stand by their warranties . my $19,000 ac unit broke in less than a year and they said I need to pay an additional $5,300 to get it going and buy a special uv filter as well. They snuck in a charge of $995 for some club membership and they refuse to take the furnace back , fix it , or stand by their warranty and what they promise on their website. This company needs to be exposed. Dont take their word for anything and make sure you read EVERYTHING on what they are charging you when they send you links to sign. don't get scammed the way I did.

Not going well. Job is not completed and now we are given next appt for June 22nd. They were here for our appt earlier in May - appt was for 8-10am. No show. No call unless we called to communicate. Finally, approx 5pm showed up. Then at 7:30 we were told “sorry we will be back tomorrow. We don’t need to get inside to finish”. NO Show. System still not finished and now being told after we called to follow up that we have an appt on June 22. Why am I waiting this long for a job they said they would come back and finish the next day. This has NOT been a good experience and we are spending thousands of dollars without proper resolve for a NEW A/C unit to get up and running.

May 9th they came out for AC maintenance and said my unit needed to be leveled. Problem is they changed us almost $2200 ( that’s after a $1000 ‘discount’ for being military too! They’re out here charging people almost $3200 for a $150 job! ) when all they did was remove some rocks and a piece of wood (only at my home for 20 minutes!) I demanded a refund and they said they would honor it I just had to take down my review. It’s been 2 weeks now and still no refund! I’ve called several times to speak to a manager still no phone call! Needless to say this is a huge rip off and I’m not taking down my review until I get my money back now.

*DO NOT USE ONESOURCE** I bought a new AC and furnace this summer. I went with OneSource because they get decent reviews and claimed to do it quickly. I've never been so wrong. I'm now almost 6 weeks from the initial installation. Where do I start? They told me that my leak was caused by the old condenser freezing and sending water into the vents. 4 technician visits later and I finally find out that it is a cracked drain pipe. The new unit was installed on old copper coolant line that freezes up and leaks into my walls. I have new water damage from their botched installation. I pulled back some of the trim and I now have black mold. The competitive structure of their 3 teams (plumbing, hvac and electric) prioritizes sales over fixing problems. This also discourages the teams from sharing critical information about jobs. 4 times they have scheduled a service call without giving me notice, during hours that I have told them I am unavailable. I've also had technicians no show 3 or 4 times now. AND GET THIS: yesterday I overhead the plumber talking to his supervisor, saying that someone needed to come troubleshoot and make a plan to finish the installation. His supervisor screamed at him over the phone loud enough that I could hear the conversation in the other room with the TV on. So when the plumber asked for help solving the problem his supervisor said "dont you f***ing talk to me that way, I'll break your f***ing face you stupid b**ch." That supervisor's name is Jose Anon. They don't fix problems. Their teams don't collaborate on troubleshooting. They will upsell you a new system before they try to learn the cause of the problem. They verbally abuse their employees. They don't keep their appointments. They don't want to work around your schedule. I have no AC and new water damage. Ive been sleeping on my couch because of the holes in my bedroom walls. I'm hiring an attorney. What a truly awful company.

This company is a complete joke. They installed a new furnace, thermostat, and AC unit in my home. Since then, they rescheduled my inspections without telling me so I had to take an extra day off of work. I had to have them back out because the AC unit did not pass electrical inspection (and not for weird reasons. For very straight forward reasons that someone who does this for a living should not have missed). Had to take another day off of work. The thermostat has broken, twice. Had to take 2 days off the first time because they had to come look at it and then order a new one. The second time was today so we'll see what happens there. Now, my barely 3 month old furnace has died. It is -11 degrees out, and they are not answering their phone for me to get someone out here to fix the problem. If you want a responsive, high quality, knowledgeable company, look somewhere else 3 months later update: Someone finally comes and they decide the issue was just the thermostat, but the supply store wasn't open. So my thermostat was removed, and the furnace was supposed to run all night then someone was supposed to come between 10 and 12 to replace the thermostat. Later that night, I notice the furnace turned off. So I call to tell them it won't just be the thermostat replacement, but will also be servicing the furnace again. She says ok, and if it stops working, call us and we'll come earlier than 10-12. 1pm no one has shown up, so I call and they tell me I'm not on the schedule today. 1 year later…heater still not working. MULTIPLE more cancellations and no showed appts. Multiple “fixes” to my brand new furnace, none of which have worked. And now…my brand new AC has stopped working and the unit is leaking water in my basement…and they can come out tomorrow 🙄. Here’s hoping there’s not too much water damage. On top of that, I was quoted a “money back guarantee.” I started asking to talk to a manager about it after my furnace broke the first time, 3 months after I got it, in February 2021. I have asked probably 10+ times and still have YET to actually talk to a manager. The money back guarantee lasts for 1 year, so I’m SOL because they won’t call me back. I’m real close to hiring a lawyer and suing this company for their incompetence and breach of contract. Please, please, please don’t waste your time/money/energy on this place. It is actually impossible for there not to be a company in COS with better service/skill/customer service/honesty/integrity/timeliness that you can use instead. I’m posting this on every review site I can find hoping I save people some of the issues I’ve had

Andres performed Excellent service. He was professional. thorough, and performed the furnace maintenance in a timely manner. He was able to contact me early and completed his service several hours prior to his scheduled appointment time. He thoroughly explained the service he provided and showed/explained screen shots of the various functions addressed. I would certainly use One Source Home Service in the future and would certainly welcome Andres as the technician for future service needs. I am a very satisficed customer. Tom Victorson

I personally did not use this business(Thank god) but I am posting this for my 81 year old mother who recently became a widow of a Veteran. I say that because they proudly say "Veteran Owned" on their website and this review will show you they could care less. I did however deal with them many times trying to rectify this issue. The following is a copy/paste of exactly what was put into the complaint that was filed on the Federal Trade Commissions website as well as the local BBB complaint. This company had provided a service contract for the year 2020, they made their final inspection of AC and furnace on 24 Dec 2020. At which time they proceeded to pressure my 81 year old recently widowed mother, yes this is her son making this complaint. They charged her $448.30 for the annual contract which only included one trip visit. My mother sent an email to the company within hours saying she did not want the service and to cancel the contract. On 26 Dec 2020 their office was contacted and verified they did receive the email and would process the cancellation. First off the contract was in my deceased fathers name which they changed after sometime. This contract as per the Federal Trade Commissions (FTC) website is cancelable, it even goes as far to say they could take up to 10 days to refund the money. Most know this law as a cooling off period or the 72 hour writer rescission rule, regardless, this should have been over from the start but this company took it on themselves to take their bottom line into consideration above the consumer. Funny thing if you read on their website they talk about the customer and even go as far as saying they are a Veteran Owned company which I doubt since they were screwing over a veteran’s widow. I have spoke with Sean Poole(SVC MGR) numerous times and every time Sean said they were processing the refund. My mother did submit a dispute to her credit card company (Chase Credit card services). On 22 Jan 2021 Sean Poole said the refund was approved for the full amount. In my opinion, this should have never gotten to Chase credit cards, it should have been refunded immediately by One Source Home Service as per the FTC's website and guidelines. One source will not speak with us at all now and said it's a done deal. I called their main office number and requested to speak with Dustin Hood, the site MGR. The gal said she would send him an email and he would call me. Later the same day I called back saying I never heard from Dustin and the gal who answered the phone was the same one I spoke with earlier. Her response from Sean Poole was," yeah, ain't gonna happen, case closed" This company claims to be a Veteran owned company which I highly doubt, they were bought out by Air Pros out of Florida recently. I can't believe they would treat an 81 year old veteran widow this way, this is borderline elder abuse! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY, “ONE SOURCE HOME SERVICE” They have only one agenda and one bottom line and it’s not yours!!! A report was filed with the Federal Trade Commission and soon with the Better Business Bureau as well as reviews in several sites. I’m really not sure how a company in this day and age is still in business with the horrible ethics of this company. I would run the other way before doing business with ONE SOURCE HOME SERVICE, they are terrible and pray on the elderly!!!

Everything went fairly well with the exception of the whole house carbon filtration system. I read many reviews on One Source Home Service. I thought I chose wisely and was pleased, since both my husband I are veterans, that it is a veteran owned company. In February 2020 I had them come give us estimates on HVAC cleaning, cleaning and sealing the ducts, a new water heater and a few minor plumbing tasks in our home. While they were here I expressed concern that we had hard water, but our water company does not allow water softeners. I was ensured by an employee that their whole house carbon filtration system would do the same thing as a water softener. And he topped that off by quoting the One Source Home Service One Year “Test Drive” Guarantee. On March 2, 2020, I paid them over $14,000, of which the whole house carbon filtration system was $3294.90. On March 6 our new water heater and filtration system were installed. I was told there was nothing we needed to do to the system. That they would come out and do annual maintenance. After months of frustration and noticing scum/bacteria buildup in our toilets, I decided that the carbon filter wasn’t doing what I was told it would. May 14, 2020, I called the plumbing manager at the time, and he said he’d talk to the manager and get back to me later that day. I didn’t hear back. I left messages on May 14, 22, June 15 and 29. Finally, on June 30, I got a call and was told that Scott Bidwell, the owner, said “She’s had it for this long, She can keep it.” On July 23, I had our water company come out and test the water. The filter was taking the chlorine out. So, I called One Source back. It took them until September 18, to removed the whole house carbon filtration system. When they took it, I was given a job completion form that said I would receive a full refund. I called October 23 for a refund status and was told it’d be about 30 days from when it was submitted, in September. November 9, I spoke with Udella who said, because of new accountants, it would take 30-60 days from the date of processing. November 19, I spoke with Brian and told a supervisor would call me back. December 2, I asked to speak with the service manager. I was told by Rob, the floor supervisor, One Source Home Service had partnered with Air Pros and would get a call by COB December 3. December 8, I got a call from Dustin H. He said that since it was approved before Air Pros takeover on Sept 9, and Jason & Scott Bidwell no longer own the company. So, I need to call Jason Bidwell to get my $3294.90. I called the number they gave me, and his voice mail is full. I’ve tried numerous times, and am still trying to get my money back for the equipment returned.

I would love to give One Source Home Services a 5 start rating, but I can’t. They might be OK for heating, cooling, etc., but not for sewer line replacement! There are several reasons. The job took much longer than expected. It should have took a week, two weeks at the most but it took them almost two months! Even though they had to go from my house to the sewer main in the middle of the street, the project started August 12th, and it was October 8th before they got done! It took them about 3-4 days to just do from my house to the edge of my property, then I had to wait almost two weeks for them to start the repair to fix the pipe from the edge of my property to the main sewer line. That took them about another two weeks. The City Inspector said that they should have been done in one day…two at the most. My street was blocked off during this entire time. Needless to say, my neighbors, trash trucks, postman, Amazon delivery service, etc., was very inconvenienced. Even though I had paid about ¾ of the money up front, they did not even apply for the city permits until August 20th. It was September 24th before they patched the street with asphalt, and October 3rd before they replaced my sidewalk and front step! It was October 8th before the left over asphalt and concrete was picked up and the barriers removed. Second reason: I think they way over-charged me for the project. My fault, I usually get two or three bids, but I was in panic mode to get the job done as I was having synthetic turf installed. Many friends, neighbors, etc., said their price was way high. I paid almost $22,000.00 up front, then owed another $6145.00 when the job was completed. They did give me a $1500.00 discount when I tried to get them to forgive the $6145.00 because of their lousy service. Also when digging the trench from my house to the street, they were supposed to have laid down plywood sheets to place the dirt on, but they just put it on my lawn. They then pushed a lot of my sod back into the hole they just dug instead of the dirt they removed. By doing this, it made the turf installation a lot harder on the turf crew. After filling in the hole from my edge of my house to my property line, they just left their Bobcat setting in my yard for almost a week. The employee who came to pick it up is the one that told me that they should have put down plywood first. They also broke my front step, which they acknowledged, but it took them almost two months to replace it. Most of their employees worked hard, but without mentioning any names, the guy running the excavator talked constantly, not about work, but other stuff, and many times he just quit working so they (the other workers) could hear what he was saying. I am serious, I know that is one of the reasons it took so long! Even a neighbor committed on how much he talked! Ray and Brian were super hard workers. Also two trailers and vehicles had expired license plates. They failed inspection one time on the line from my house to the edge of my property…had to redo a section of it. They brought the wrong size pipes for the project several times. They also dug the hole from the edge of my property to the main sewer line without having a city inspector present, which was a no-no. The city inspector told them someone should have been here the whole time they were digging that hole because of the main water line and my gas line was in the same area. They also nicked my gas line, but they did not contact the gas department! They failed inspection and had to redo the tape they used around the gas line. Also they left the hole (about 9 to 11 feet deep) uncovered for about a week, until the city inspector told them they were supposed to cover it each night with metal plates! I have pictures with dates to prove the above comments. Please don’t pull a Rick and hire this company! Do your homework and know that this company is not the one you want to use for your sewer line replacement!

I DO NOT recommend One Source. Here is my story. So, I am selling my home. The buyer asked for me to get a licensed plumber to make some minor repairs: tighten the bolts on a toilet, and caulk around my master bath sink. I called One Source. I asked what their hourly rate for a plumber was several times. The person on the phone would definitely NOT tell me (I asked three times!), but she said I would get a free estimate when they came. Ok, lets give it a try. (HINT: DONT make this mistake the charge OVER $500 per hour for plumbing work!) They said the plumber would be there between 11:00 and 2:00 on Friday. The texted me, and e-mailed me reminders on the appointment. But, apparently the technician did not get the reminders - I waited there for over 3 hours and he did not show. VERY FRUSTRATING! So I called. "Oh he called in sick today." (Thanks for letting me know!) When can we get someone else to come out? How about Sunday? Ok No problem. The guys comes out on Sunday and says it will take 1.5 hours to tighten two bolts and caulk a sink(really?). And that will be $512 - AFTER the $50 coupon I have from Valpak. Because they totally ghosted me on my first appointment, I now have no time to find another plumber before my closing. So, I reluctantly agree. Of course, it only takes 45 minutes. The technician says he will give me $25 off. REALLY? It seems like I should get half price if it took half the time. Not with these Bozos! So, What am I going to do but pay through the nose. After the job is over I get an e-mail that says the following: Remember One Source guarantees all of its services, if you find that we did not exceed your expectations, please contact Scott Bidwell directly at 719-822-4393 and I will be happy to do everything I can do to ensure to regain your faith In our services. We strive for 100% satisfaction. Anything less is unacceptable. So I call. Get voice mail and leave a message. I never got a response. A few days later, a lady calls me and ask how my plumbing service went. I told her exactly what I wrote above. I told her that Scott never called me. She said she would tell him. Nothing. I never heard from them! If you want a $500 per hour plumber that says they guarantee your satisfaction but really do not give a darn these guys are for you!

zero intergrity!!! Do not use! Our AC had not been working, (wasn't cooling the house and making a clicking noise) called one source, a guy came out, did a few things but from what we saw, had zero tools or gauges with him. I don't want to speak on behalf of every employee associated with them but two guys ended up coming to our house, the first guy said it was the ac unit outside the house, the speciality guy said it was the furnace downstairs. Very pushy with getting a membership and ultimately ended up quoting us at about $5000 because the coils were frozen and the blower was out and we needed new units. In the end, we paid $70 for nothing. Got another AC guy to come out from a different company and he ran some tests and ended up telling us our refrigerant was low, filled it up, and it stopped making the clicking noise and sure enough, the house is cooling down. He said there is most likely a leak somewhere and will be back to test that out on Friday. Quoted us at $130. As I said, I do not want to speak on behalf of every employee there but that is an absolute ripoff and they should be ashamed of taking advantage of people like that.

This has been our experience doing business with One Source Home Services in Colorado Springs. Our a/c unit started making this very loud sound and the furnace appeared to be bouncing in place. My wife called One Source Home Services who had been cold calling our house for the last few months. She learned they had acquired Heat Depot who we had used several times in the past. She scheduled an appointment for a technician to come out on 6/10/20 at a window of 11 and 2 and look at our a/c. On 6/10/20 our window of 11 am and 2 pm passed and Bobby finally showed up at 4 pm and immediately went into a sales pitch about their One Year Home Care Club which provides discounted services, equipment, and No Charge Service call per year. Bobby said that it usually costs around $400 but that he was going to give it to us for $1. They take that $1 bill and have the customer sign it and they pin it up on the wall as a reminder of their customers. Then Bobby said that even if we don’t give him a $1 bill he we were getting this Membership for free for one year. Then he went into why he was there. When we showed him what was wrong he immediately identified the blower motor was bad and needed to be replaced and also that it was very likely the a/c coils would also need to be replaced. As he took our unit apart it was obvious repairs were needed. We told Bobby we were interested in getting prices for repair and he stated that he had to call Dustin to come talk to us about our options. He called Dustin and Dustin was at our house within 20 minutes. Dustin looked over what Bobby was talking about, took serial numbers for the parts needing to be replaced and confirmed what was needed. Dustin then presented us with the Good, Better, Best. My wife decided we would keep the costs relatively low and go with a roughly $3300 fix of the blower motor and coil instead of a total furnace replacement which was going to run about $7500. Both Bobby and Dustin bragged about being the biggest HVAC company in the United States and proudly shared that they were a Veteran Owned company and how much they loved first responders and as a firefighter I would get a discount on the service. We made the horrible decision of moving forward with things and Dustin requested a deposit from my wife in the amount of $2,000 and asked how soon we wanted to have them come and fix it. My wife stated that Friday between 8 am and noon would be best for us. We shook hands and they left. Friday 6/12/20 came and my wife was home waiting for them to come. With 30 minutes left in the service window she received a phone call from One Source Home Service stating that they had an emergency and would not be able to come on that day and rescheduled for Wednesday 6/17/20. My wife asked them since it was very hot outside if it would be okay to run the a/c until they came. My wife was put on hold as the customer service rep confirmed that it would be okay to run the a/c. The customer service rep came back and stated that it would be fine to run the system. My wife asked if there was any way for them to come sooner than Wednesday and that it made her nervous that they took $2000 from us and cancelled on their original appointment. My wife called me and informed me while I was on duty. I was not okay with this. I called and told them I was not comfortable being pushed out almost a week out. I understand emergencies come up but where they have our money already they had to come on Monday. I was put on a brief hold and the customer service rep came back on and said no problem we were rescheduled for Monday 6/15/20 between 8am and noon. On the late night of Saturday 6/13 the a/c made a horrible noise and a terrible burning smell. My wife went to the thermostat and it showed on. She went over to multiple vents and found the a/c was not blowing anything. I came home from work on the morning of 6/14/20 and was told what happened by my wife. I immediately called One Source Home Service and explained the situation to them and told them that my wife was told that she could run the a/c until they came for our appointment and that the entire system was now broken and that I was already being billed roughly $3300 and that I wouldn’t spend a dollar more and I expect the technicians to do a thorough look through the system to see what damage was caused. The customer service rep told me they would put it in the dispatch. On 6/15 at about 10:00 am Brandon showed up and began working. Very kind and professional. Went down into our utility closet and began working on replacing the blower motor and coil. Brandon did not have all the equipment and supplies needed so he would call and ask for this part and that part and this equipment and tools and a runner would keep making trip after trip bringing what was needed. Brandon came up and said that there was a problem with replacing the blower motor. Dustin annotated the incorrect information so they didn’t have the right blower motor but that he had the coil that he could put in while the runner was collecting the correct blower motor. I approved with the plan and Brandon went right to work replacing the coil. After several hours and multiple trips up and down our stairs and multiple visits by the runner I went downstairs to relay a message from the runner to Brandon about tools being staged by the condenser unit outside. When I went into the utility closet Brandon was struggling to get the coil out. He asked if I could help him lift the unit and help pull it out. It appeared that it was getting caught on the back end. When he pulled the coil out, he held it over our bare carpet with liquid and gross dirt and grime dripping all over our carpet. He asked me for a cup I didn’t mind throwing away to put it the liquid in. He then saw a black tote that he had used for materials and said never mind I will use this and began walking this dripping coil across our uncovered floor and placed it into the coil. Brandon thanked me for helping him get the coil out and said it wouldn’t be too much longer to get the coil replaced and then he would get the blower motor figured out. After another hour Brandon came up to get me to show me a problem he was running into. We went down and he showed me a 3 ¼” gap between the coil and the duct work. While he was showing me this his supervisor, I believe it was Aaron called. Brandon answered it on speaker phone and began to explain to his supervisor who sounded very impatient and rather annoyed that Brandon was calling him. Brandon asked him for directions on what to do and told his supervisor that he had never done this before. The supervisor told him this was how he learned by doing it on the job and that it wasn’t hard. Gave him very vague directions of cutting sheet metal and using some tape to piece it all together. Brandon asked him to send him the list of materials he would need and the supervisor told him he already told him what he needed and that he was too busy to deal with this as he was out dealing with his own customers. He told Brandon to call the office and ask for the sheet metal, tools and tape to piece the unit in to close the gap. Brandon ended the call and I was in complete shock. I asked Brandon if it was true that he had never done this before and he shared with me that he was going to school for this and he has never done this part before. He had experience with other things but not this. I asked him why his supervisor wasn’t with him teaching him how to do this in person and he said he wished he was because he was uncomfortable doing it. During this conversation Brandon got another phone call from Ron who was an installation supervisor. Brandon began to tell Ron the problem he was having and asked Ron for directions. Ron gave the same directions to Brandon that Aaron did. Brandon told Ron he had never done this before and was not comfortable doing it. Ron then began telling Brandon that he would draw it out and send it to him of what to do. I immediately interrupted and asked what in the world was going on. Are you kidding me? What are you guys thinking sending this kid with little experience to do a job he has no idea how to do unsupervised? What kind of a circus are you guys running? Ron sounded caught off guard not knowing I was there and that he was on speaker phone. I then asked is this seriously what I get for $2,000. Brandon had been at my house for 6 hours by now, he asked for help from one supervisor who told him to figure it out and now instead of sending someone over to teach him how to do it he was going to draw it out? My house was not the place to be a guinea pig. Ron said I will be right over and I will get this taken care of. I asked again what kind of operation your company is running. Ron said no worries. That he would take care of it. Brandon hung up the phone and I asked more questions about his qualifications and experience and he shared that he is going to school for this and that he was sorry he just wasn’t comfortable. I told him I have no problem with someone learning how to do a job but I expect a supervisor or trainer to be there with him showing him, coaching him. After about 30 minutes Ron showed up. Since he was a supervisor I shared very openly my displeasure with what was happening and that it was entirely unacceptable to charge me the money they had and this is what I am getting. I also shared with Ron that their customer service reps told us we could run the system and that the entire thing broke down Saturday night and I wanted them to do a thorough look to see what other damage occurred. Ron told me that was not included in their dispatch but he would do it. He came back and told me that the arm that holds the blower motor snapped. Ron assured me he would take care of it and that he would have this installed and done shortly. I then went upstairs and called One Source Customer Service and shared with them the experience and told them I am entirely dissatisfied and thought this was entirely unacceptable service and requested that Dustin call me as he told me during his sales pitch that if we had any problems he would take care of us and always be available to us. Customer Service told me they would have Dustin call me. I told them also that Brandon only showed up with the coil and not a blower motor because the wrong serial numbers were obtained during our initial sales visit. While I was waiting for Dustin to call I went down and shared with Ron the situation with the blower motor as well. He shook his head and said I promise you I will make sure this is taken care of tonight. I left him to do his work. After another 2 hours Ron came upstairs and told me that he can get the coil in but the blower motor wasn’t available until tomorrow and that he wanted to make sure he put in a Lennox part instead of anything else. I approved and appreciated the fact that Ron was not going to put in just any part but wanted to make sure the correct part went in. Ron then came up again and asked for me to come down. When I went into the utility closet Ron shared with me that the reason there was this 3 ¼” gap was because they ordered the wrong coil. They brought a horizontal coil with them and not a vertical coil. He said he was going to call the office and have them bring out the correct coil. I went upstairs and shared the information with my wife. As I passed the thermostat it showed 86 degrees in our home. We had floor fans at both doors trying to blow air in and windows open, ceiling fans running but it was close to 90 degrees outside and there was little to no reprieve and we couldn’t go anywhere and leave these technicians alone in our home. Our six kids were miserable and it was horrible. I told my wife what was going on. We felt totally defeated. While I was talking to my wife, Ron came up and informed me that he can’t get the correct coil tonight and asked if he could come back tomorrow 6/16/20 to install the coil and that he would pick up the blower motor from Lennox in the morning and come and finish the job tomorrow. I told him I reluctantly approved but I am not comfortable because they already had $2000 and I was worried this was becoming a scam. He assured me he would be back. He asked what time tomorrow we wanted him there and I told him between 8am and 9 am. He agreed and said it was totally doable that he would be here. Through the night our house was at 85 degrees. The coolest it got was 78 degrees close to 5 am. It made for a very restless night. We had to have our kids sleep upstairs because the utility closet is in our kid’s room and we didn’t want them exposed to anything and or get into anything and get hurt. The morning of 6/16/20 the window of 8 am and 9 am came and went. Close to 10 am I called the office asking where Ron was. The customer service rep told me that was impossible because she didn’t have a window of 8 am and 9 am. I explained the situation again to Customer Service and shared with them that they were at my house for nearly 8 hours and nothing was done, all the pipes were cut and hanging and there’s a giant hole in my furnace and it is entirely torn apart and I have no one at my house when they said they would be and they had $2000. I was passed to a Customer Service Supervisor named Brian who started off very snarky and very short with me. He made a comment about how upset I was and that I needed to calm down. I made the comment to him of yes let’s make this about you shall we. He threw back another comment and I said look here is where I am at. Apparently you are not aware of what is going on here. I broke it all down for him and then asked Sir what would you do if you were in my position? He kindly acknowledged that he would do exactly what I was doing and he also would not be happy. I shared with him that I called the day before and asked for Dustin to call me and come over to oversee what was going on and Dustin never called me. I was still waiting for a call. Brian said okay so all you need is a call from Dustin and for the technician. He put me on hold and came back. Ron should be at your house. We sat on the phone during very awkward silence and he said Ron should be there. I said yes he just pulled up. I thought you were doing something to help me here. He said nope Ron is there. Brian then told me that he would have Dustin call. I went to Ron who was then talking to my wife and he apologized to her for being late that they had problems this morning but he got the blower motor and the correct coil and they would get it installed. I said okay and showed Ron and Chris down to the utility closet. Neither of them wore booties on their feet and neither one of them put down any ground tarp to protect my carpet. After a couple hours Ron pulled me outside and told me that Lennox didn’t have the correct blower motor so he installed a Universal Blower Motor. I immediately interrupted him and told him absolutely not. Take it out I want the correct part that you told me you had and assured me you would be here to install today. He said okay and got on the phone. I then went back in and called Customer Service again and told them about what was going on and that I was not okay with the deception and giving me horrible service. Selling me on something, telling me that I had to have a Lennox blower motor in the furnace then install a universal motor and not tell me until after it was installed thinking I would be okay with this. I informed Brian I was still waiting on Dustin to call me. Brian said that they were in a meeting but he was going down to tell Dustin I need him immediately and would have him call me. I returned to Ron and a runner who showed up and at this point I was not happy. I yelled at him and did use curse words with him about what kind of service they were giving me and again they have my $2000 and the service, materials were not worth the $2000. Ron told me then that he went to get the blower motor and they didn’t have it so he was installing the universal blower motor to help us out. I told him I would not accept it. I wanted exactly what I was paying for. I told them how disgusted I was with the fact that I couldn’t get a manager to take my calls and let alone get Dustin to come help me, let alone just return my calls. Close to noon Dustin called my wife. My wife gave me the phone and I immediately went vented all my frustration and anger on Dustin. I asked him why he was calling my wife when I asked for him to call me. I was not going to have him deal with her instead of me on this. Dustin replied with a very sarcastic Well Good morning to you too. What is your problem? What is my problem? You seriously have to ask that question? I told him I called him yesterday and asked for him to help resolve our issue and he never called. He smugly said well I’m calling you now. This just made me even angrier. I then angrily went into what the problem was. During this time Dustin began mocking me, laughing at me which just made me even angrier. He then had the nerve to tell me that he didn’t see what the problem was and didn’t understand why I was angry. Then continued mocking me and laughing at me. I hung up on him and told my wife I was going to their office to have a face to face with managers. I once again called the Customer Service Manager Brian and shared with him what I just experienced with Dustin. Brian told me he was going to forward this on to his boss since Dustin didn’t take care of it. To this day 6/17/20 I still have not heard from Brian’s manager. At the end of the call I confirmed they were on Nevada. On my way out Ron told me Dustin would be calling me. I told him he already had and he was the worst person I have ever dealt with in my life. He mocked me. He laughed at me and treated me like complete crap. Minimized my situation. He showed me immediately what kind of person he was and what kind company I was dealing with. I was absolutely shocked this guy was a manager. I got in my car and started to head to their office. I got a block away from my house when Dustin called me back. Sarcastically said to me Sorry we got disconnected. I told him we didn’t get disconnected that I hung up on him. I told him he was a terrible person and I was entirely disgusted with how he mocked me and laughed at me and my situation. He then proceed to tell me that I better not show up at his office. If I showed up he would have me arrested and escorted off the premises. I can’t go around mistreating his people and it was not proper for me to come to their place of business. He accused me of strong arming people and not giving them time to correct problems. I deny any of this. In fact I was told by several Customer Service individuals that they understood my circumstance. He told me I was mistreating them and had no right at all to be upset. He said we needed to talk and I said you are absolutely correct. We do need to talk. So if I can’t come to your office without getting arrested Dustin needed to come to my house. He told me that wasn’t going to happen. I began to lay everything out on the table of our experience and told him I am trying to bring the countless problems to their attention so they can fix the issue. But no one is calling me back. It is run arounds and a ton of apologies and lip service. I told him I was at the point where I just wanted them to get their equipment out of my house and give me my money back. Dustin then began to lecture me again. See man. I was just about to do something nice for you and then you interrupt me and go there. Forget it. I am not helping you. You need to learn to handle thing appropriately. I said okay Dustin what were you going to offer? He said forget it. You don’t deserve something nice. I said look man. You have to understand my frustration and being upset. You get this kind of phone call because you are a manager. This shows you that I have pent it all up and have not mistreated your people. You have no clue what is going on and your sitting here manipulating and intimidating me. I have been asking for you to call. You don’t call until it is so far from okay and then you threaten to arrest me. What can we do? He said well what I was going to offer you was we will keep the $2000 but not charge you the remainder amount. I told him at this point I wanted the full amount refunded. He laughed again and said that is not going to happen. There has been too much time and work put into this project and they are going to keep it. That is the only option I have. I told him I don’t like this but okay. I needed it done and we can’t go another day with our home sitting at 85 degrees. When I returned home Ron told me they found the correct blower motor up in Denver and they were sending someone to get it. I then pulled Ron and Chris over and asked them if I have mistreated them at any time? They both said that I had not. I told them that Dustin just claimed that I have been mistreating me and threatened to have me arrested if I showed up to their business. They both went wide eyed and were stunned at what I shared with them. They both again said no I had not mistreated them. I shared with them how frustrated I was that this has been pushed off over and over again and that they dishonestly installed an inferior blower motor and attempted to make it seem like they were doing us a favor. Ron said look I will take care of you. We are going to go but when they return with the blower motor I will be the one to come back and install the blower motor and get this wrapped up. I told him I have completely lost trust in the company especially after my conversation with Dustin. I was worried at this point that they would not return and walk away with my $2000 especially where Dustin told me I was never getting that money back. Ron told me even if it was midnight he would be there and make sure that we had a working a/c tonight. I reluctantly agreed. At this point I am feeling robbed of $2,000 and almost a full week of waiting day after day for them to show up, do the work, not be able to complete the work. I felt entirely taken advantage of. Stripped of pride. Threatened. Full of regret. Ron left my house at roughly 11:45 am. I went inside and told my wife. Thermostat was 86 degrees in our house. Our whole family is complaining at this point about still being pushed off. Not having working a/c. I am paying for speaking out against them putting in a universal blower instead of what they told me I would be getting. I fully feel like this was punishment. A huge mind game and manipulation and intimidation. But I am a monster and will be arrested if I show up. At 2:50 pm on 6/16 I call Dustin. Dustin answers like nothing happened. Hey Mr. McAllister how’s it going in an extremely chipper tone. I had zero character in my tone. I am entirely defeated at this point. I am just wondering when Ron will be back here. Dustin then asked me if I had heard from the office for a time frame. I told him I haven’t heard anything. He said I will call and see what’s going on and I will call you back. Dustin also brought up that if we wanted to bring them to litigation he would support and encourage that which I thought was very odd. I asked him did you just bring up litigation because I have said nothing about that. Why would you if you were taking care of us? Dustin went on to say that he just wanted us to know he supported us in our decisions. To this day 6/17/20 I have not heard a single thing from Dustin. About 20 minutes later I got a text saying that a technician by the name of Thomas was on his way to our house and was roughly 20 minutes out. Ron was not assigned to come to our house. The man who assured me left and right that he would be the one to install it even if it was midnight. Instead they are sending Thomas. Thomas showed up and immediately asked me what the blower motor was doing sitting out on your front lawn. I told him that Ron left it there. Thomas told me that was entirely unacceptable. I began to shake my head and said man you don’t even know the half of it. I told him he was walking into a really bad situation to the point where Dustin threatened to arrest me if I showed up to their business to complain in person to managers who refuse to call me and help me. I invited him in. As he was walking in he said oh man it is hotter than **** out here. Wait a minute. You have floor fans sitting at your doors and all your windows open. Said yeah. It’s hotter than **** in my house. Its 86 degrees. He looked appalled. He saw our kids sitting in the front room and asked how many kids we had. I told him we had 6. He shook his head and said this ****** me off. I said yeah me too. But I am a monster and will be arrested for speaking out against this. Thomas told me that they have tons of portable a/c units sitting in our warehouse for this exact thing. If people don’t have a working a/c or heater during the winter we are supposed to put in these portable a/c units. I began to shake my head and said well absolutely no one has offered that to us and we have been miserable and our kids have been miserable and we can’t go anywhere because we are dealing with you guys. Thomas said well I will make sure we get this fixed. I said well Ron assured me that he would be here and would be doing this. He said that’s weird the office just assigned me this job. I just surrendered and said fine just par for the course. But I’m a monster. Thomas said let’s get this wrapped up. Where is the blower motor. I stopped. Turned around and looked at him and said. We were told you had the blower motor. He shook his head. I was told the blower motor was here. He went outside and made another phone call. After a few minutes, Thomas came back in and told us that Ron had the blower motor. Thomas said he was going to leave and pick up the blower motor and install it and we would be good to go. I then told him we would need the condenser recharged with refrigerant and Thomas began to shake his head again. He informed us that he was not certified to do that and that Ron would need to be the one but that he could install the blower motor. Thomas was the most professional technician we dealt with this entire time. He made sure he put on his shoe covers when he came into our home and took them off before he went out multiple times. He is the only one who did this. Thomas left and got the blower motor. While he was gone I called a friend who does Commercial HVAC to come over and look at the work and make sure what has been done is okay. When we went down stairs and I was taking him to the utility closet we immediately noticed a massive grease stain in the carpet right in front of the utility closet door where technician after technician had come into my home without shoe coverings and removed all this dirty equipment without floor covering. Yet I have absolutely no right to be upset and I will be arrested if I show up. My friend looked it over and said that it was not quality work but that it would work. My wife asked him if he would be okay with this in his home and he laughed and said no this crap wouldn’t be in my home. Knowing now that we were left with subpar work and out $2000 and multiple days of run arounds and extreme temperatures with little relief. My wife and I decided this was a very expensive lesson. Thomas returned with the blower motor and began to install it. I pointed out the damage to the carpet. Thomas acknowledged that this was entirely unacceptable. He kept apologizing to me that this was our experience. While Thomas was installing the blower motor, Chris returned to do the soldering work and finish getting the coil installed. During this time my kids came to get me to come upstairs. Our house smelled of cigarette smoke. This had happened a few times over the course of the service. Ron would be outside walking around our house smoking while all our doors and windows are open, and fans and hot wind blowing it all into our house but today was worse. All our doors and windows and fans were going and it was a red flag day on Tuesday 6/16/20 with high winds and very hot temperatures and low humidity and Ron was sitting in his truck right in front of our house smoking with the truck windows down and it was filling our house with dirty cigarette smoke. We were forced to shut our doors and windows with the house temperature at 86 degrees so he could have his cigarette while sitting in his air conditioned van with his windows down. After all at this point it is all about us being inconsiderate of them and they need their luxuries more than we do. It is 86 degrees in our house and we have to close our doors and windows with no working a/c so he can have a cigarette break. After Thomas installed the blower motor he said that Ron would be recharging the system. Ron got out and charged the system and came in to close everything up. I felt the floor vents and it barely felt like anything was coming out. I showed Ron and he immediately said he was going to go down stairs and make sure the blower was wired correctly. I watched as he did this and was shocked that wires were just hanging loosely from our humidifier and other wires running into the system. They were going to leave that. I asked Chris if he could tape that up for us to keep it clean. He said he would and he did. Ron verified that the blower was installed correctly and it was the correct blower. Exact one that the manufacturer suggested. It took some time but it finally began blowing out cold air. While I was talking to them my wife sent my son down to tell me not to let them go. We had just received an email with an invoice from their office and it reflected the following charges (see pictures for actual invoice, pay attention to fine print and also pictures of their website pages): Invoice 100418827 Date 6/16/20 One Source Home Care Club provides discounted services, and equipment. I also pointed out the carpet and said and my carpet is damaged. Ron looked at it and confirmed that it was a grease stain from the work that had been done. Ron called the office and told whoever he was talking to that because of all the trouble Dustin told us that they wouldn’t charge us the remainder of the balance but keep the $2000.00. I then spoke up and said and the carpet damage. Ron then told her about the carpet damage. Ron ended the call and told me that the person who handles the cleaning is out sick but would call me tomorrow and also told me that the $2000 would be the final bill. I asked for a corrected statement and was told that I would receive it. I thanked him for doing what he did. I told him that I am disgusted and will never use One Source Home Service ever again. It took almost a week. I was laughed at, mocked, disrespected and threatened to be arrested and told I wouldn’t ever see my $2,000 back and yet there is zero accountability for them. My carpet is damaged with a massive grease stain and I don’t know any carpet cleaners that can get that kind of stain out. Ron left and it took all night and most the morning of 6/17/20 to get the temperature down in our house to a comfortable level. At 5:34 PM I sent a text message to Dustin using the same phone number that I had for him for all our other unpleasant conversations. The text was a picture of the invoice saying, So we just got this email and another picture of the damaged carpet saying and… your technicians left a massive grease stain. Confirmed it with Ron. I’m now not okay with you keeping my $2,000 because now I get to pay for someone to clean my carpets. Text has gone unanswered. (See picture of text thread) 6/17/20 my wife called me around 3:18 pm to tell me that she just got off the phone with the cleaning lady from One Source Home Service wanting to schedule an appointment with us to clean our carpets. My wife informed her that nothing personal to her but we are not interested in having anyone associated with One Source Home Service take care of cleaning the mess. We were absolutely done with this company and would like to have someone not associated with One Source Home Service to take care of it. At 5:27 pm on 6/17 my wife face time called me to share with me that she went to our side gate where the One Source Home Service Technicians had been working and our gate latch is broken and they jimmy rigged it to close and never said a thing to us about it. My wife asked me what I wanted to do about it and I made the decision to call. I was going to let the $2000 go and chalk it up to a very expensive lesson but with the damage to the carpet. Now the damage to the gate. At 5:29 pm I called One Source Home Service. Nicholas answered the phone and the minute I said my name I could tell he knew all about me. I very calmly and entirely defeated shared with him a little bit of our experience and told him our carpet was damaged and that I appreciated the fact that they called and offered to clean it but we declined because we want absolutely nothing to do now with this company or any associated with them but then when I saw the damage to my gate I am absolutely not okay with them keeping my $2,000. I wanted it all back so I could pay for the carpet replacement and to repair our gate. I told him I am just at a loss that I was threatened to be arrested by Dustin if I showed up to their office but it is totally acceptable for them to destroy someone’s property and intimidate and manipulated. I shared with Nicholas that Thomas shared with me that they have portable a/c units and that at no time did anyone offer this to us and they were totally fine with us, a family with 6 little kids living for multiple day in a home that was 86 degrees during the night and had zero relief during 90 degree days. I told Nicholas that at this point it seems entirely intentional and they destroyed my property and at this point after everything and finding a broken gate I want the full amount back because at this point that is the right thing to do. Nicholas was very kind and seemed to already know much of what I was sharing. I told Nicholas that to this day I have not received an updated invoice and that my wife is extremely worried that we will be sent to collections because no one there knows what is going on. I told him I am still waiting for a phone call from Brian’s manager who I was told would call me after my terrible conversation with Dustin. Nicholas said this was perfect because now he could route my issue another direction to make sure I am taken care of. He sounded like he was typing something together and took quite a while to do it. The total call lasted 17 minutes. He told me he would do what he could to help me make things right. He also told me that I need to make sure that I have pictures and document everything. I told him that I found that odd that an employee of the company would be telling me this but that I was very grateful and I assured him I had everything documented. I repeated again that I was going to let this go to be done with the company but when I had the carpet damage and my only option was to deal with One Source and then once I found the gate damage. I can only imagine what else I am going to find especially with the work they did. He said he sent my issue up and that if I didn’t hear from anyone to call him back and he will push it up again. I asked how long I should give it recognizing that it was almost 6:00 pm and Nicholas told me that if I didn’t hear anything by this time on 6/18/20 than to call back. I thanked him for his time and told him I was certain I would be calling him again this time tomorrow. This experience has left me so uncomfortable. It has caused me to not feel safe and secure in my home. I feel violated to where I feel absolutely disgusted at my home because of what I allowed to enter into it. I just feel their filth in my home. I do not want to be in it. I feel cheated. Threatened. Taken advantage. Lied to. Disrespected in front of my family and in my own home. I feel like an absolute fool. I don’t feel safe. I have lost trust. I have lost valuable, hard earned money. I don’t feel like anything on their website on the following pages is true. The experience definitely showed me there is no Integrity which is apparently their mottos. I so wish I never had this experience. I wish Bobby and Dustin never set foot in my home. I invited some evil hearted men into my home. They took from my family. They took money. Valuable time. Put them through absolute **** from Saturday until Wednesday midday. Total lack of respect for my home. I don’t want to be there anymore because of them. It will take a while for me to get over that and feel safe and secure. I find it very difficult to think after reading the many pages from their website attached in the following pages that the owners would do this to their own families. To me it is just a bunch of words. Insincere. Deceiving. Scamming. They did not live up to a single thing in the following pages. I have put arrows next to all the empty promises. All the empty, scamming explanations of how they do business. Dustin was the absolute worst example and did not live up to a single one of these things. He is a manager. He is the face of this company. Scott Bidwell touts Customer Confidence, Customer Friendship and Customer Satisfaction. So far I have not seen a single example of this in my experience. 6/18/20 7:54 am I received a text message and phone call from another very good friend who is in Commercial HVAC and works for Holbrook HVAC here in Colorado Springs. He heard about our experience and sent the following: I am completely disgusted with the experience you guys had with your AC. One of the things that is bad about the HVAC trade is that it’s not like becoming a plumber or electrician where you have to go through a long process of becoming a journeyman. That really filters out all the crap. That has never made sense to me. Unfortunately all the really crappy techs are usually residential guys. Please, for future reference, don’t hesitate to call me with help or questions. If I can’t help, I work with plenty of other guys who are honest and competent. You won’t have to go through what you went through. Me: It is absolutely horrible. I have documented everything and have 33 pages (now 35) with pictures of my home, their website filled with hypocrisy and deceit of how they operate and fake guarantees. I hate being in this position. I hate being in my home now. I just feel violated and can feel the filth from these guys. I don’t feel safe. I feel manipulated and intimidated and I feel like I can’t do anything about it. So fed up. My friend then called me and inquired about the coils. Asked why they needed to be replaced. He asked if we didn’t have cold air blowing. I told him we had great cold air blowing that it was just the horrible noise and bouncing of the unit from the unlevel blower motor. He said you were taken advantage of. They shouldn’t have replaced the coil. It should have just been the blower motor and you probably would have avoided all this. He said I just can’t believe this man. Such a disgrace to my industry. 6/18/20 My wife called me and told me that she is friends with the previous owners (Mike and Whitney Bidwell) of Heat Depot and it appears that the Owners of One Source are brothers of theirs. Tiff reached out to Whitney to see if she would be willing to help us resolve this issue. Whitney and Tiff spoke on the phone for 20 minutes and Whitney told Tiff she was disgusted by what she heard. Whitney said that this was absolutely unacceptable and that just listening to Tiff talk made her skin crawl. Whitney also stated that customers are allowed to come to their business with any issue and should be able to get taken care of not threatened to be arrested. Whitney told Tiff that her and Mike would go talk to Scott and Jason and get this taken care of. Whitney said it would probably take some time. 6/18/20 6:00 pm Tiffany called me and told me that she heard back from Whitney. Whitney and Mike spoke with Jason and Scott and said that unfortunately there is nothing Jason and Mike want to do for us. Whitney stated that Scott and Jason are power hungry and driven by getting as much money as they can at whatever cost. Whitney said that they only care about Ratings and Profits. Whitney highly encouraged us to take our documentation to the Better Business Bureau and hit them where it hurts. Whitney said this is not right. This is not okay. Tiffany expressed her concern about being sent to collections for the outstanding amount since they have not sent us anything showing paid in full and the fact that we have still not received a corrected invoice. Whitney told her we didn’t need to worry about that. They haven’t gone after others in the past for the same things they shouldn’t come after us. This comment shocked both my wife and I because it established that this is a common business practice of One Source Home Solutions and they have done this to individuals in the past. 6/18/20 No call from One Source Managers as promised by Nicholas 6/17/20 6/22/200 No call from One Source Managers as promised by Nicholas 6/17/20 Not a single promise or guarantee is true on their website. They do not stand by their words. It is all a trap to make people comfortable to lure them in. They have zero integrity. They don’t care about people at all.

Very unprofessional. Lots of miscommunication between logistics. Felt like it was very disorganized. The installers were great. Salesman lied to the owner in order to push the sale. House failed inspection due to an unforeseen electrical issue that I feel their electrician failed to see when hooking up the AC. Now they want more money from me. GEORGE enjoys belittling customers and talking down to them cause "hes been doing this 37 years". Was talked to like I was an idiot. Very unprofessional and very poor customer service skills. You've lost a paying customer. And I'm sorry I chose you and trusted you as the professionals to install my AC unit and work on my house. Never again.

Thank you for your feedback! We are happy to know our installers did great and you approved their work. We understand how frustrating it can be to fail an inspection; One Source was hired to do an AC connection and no electrical panel work at all, and were not responsible for the unpermitted electrical work done by a previous contractor before us on the panel that caused the inspection failure with the city, and not the connection done for the work we were hired to do. We thank you so much for the opportunity to service your home HVAC needs. Best Wishes, One Source Home Service

We received the company's ad in the mail and inquired about getting our evaporative cooler up and running for the summer. I asked the customer service representative what this would cost and she said $69 - we would need to supply the new pads. The technician arrived 5 1/2 hours late on the appointed day. He told us the cost did NOT include installation of the new pads. If not to install new pads, why did we set up the appointment? He also said the base price was $66 PLUS $120 per hour for his labor. That was quite a surprise. While up on the roof he called down to my husband that the pump wasn't working. My husband asked him if it was plugged in. He said yes. A few moments later, we heard the pump going - the technician must have figured out that there were two plugs - one for the fan and one for the pump. We will NEVER use this company again - price we were quoted was completely wrong and the technician left a lot to be des
