Hands down one of the best experiences I've ever had. Gilles was patient and thorough, answering all my questions and concerns. On the day of installation, the technicians on site, Brandon and Victor, kept me informed throughout the entire installation process. They treated my home as if it were their own, which I really appreciated. When the installation was completed, Victor walked me through the installation. He also took the time to show me how to work the newly installed thermostat. I highly recommend Behold heating and cooling for all your HVAC needs. Quick and efficient communication and mobilizing team to the job. They got the job done, but beware of price range bid. They gave me a range for my job because they did not know how long it would take to cut hole and want to be covered if it took longer. They charged the top of range and when i asked they told me more materials. The difference was more than the total estimate on materials to begin with.

Behold was a great company to work with. The installation team were amazing polite, friendly, professional and really cared about what they were doing. They did excellent work, showed up on time worked hard and completed the job in 8 hours. Cleaned up after themselves and worked with no foul language which we appreciated. I highly recommend behold to anyone with hearing or cooling issues.

We had some trouble with our 20 year old BreezeAir swamp cooler. On High, it ran for a while (30 - 45 min), then shut down and rested for a while. On Low speed it ran continuously, without a problem, but of course provided less cooling. Justin Harris from Behold Heating and Cooling Services, recommended by Angi, came promptly, tested the cooler with measurments of voltage and current, and determined the motor was working too hard, overheating, and shutting down when it became too hot. The fan blades had accumulated dirt and pollen over the years, which contributed to the problem. We live in a wooded area of Franktown. Mr. Harris cleaned the blades and installed a new motor; the cooler was out of service for only three hours. After installation, he tested and measured it again and determined it was operating within its limits and not straining/overheating. We hope for another 20 years of operation of the system, with occasional maintenance service by Behold Heating and Cooling. We had an inspection and estimate from another company, good, but their recommended solution implied continued deterioration of the motor and system.

Great experience with seasonal maintenance check. They arrived early in appointment window, checked furnace, humidifier, & air conditioning, explained everything clearly. They replaced a filter, examined every part of air conditioning system, made some recommendations, had easy payment system. I will look forward to using them again!

Had some annoying issues with our thermostat that’s been on and off for the past month. At last, something just seemed broken and the thermostat didn’t turn on. I called Behold, and within an hour, they had one of their guys out to our place to fix everything. Kendrick was amazing (and super kind) and got everything squared away within an hour. Super grateful. Will definitely use them anytime I have HVAC issues.

I recently had a problem with my furnace, so I reached out to Gilles at Behold. He was able to send a tech over quickly and sort out the issue right away. Everything went better than I had hoped!! They came and performed a furnace tuneup, serviced my humidifier, and changed out my thermostat. Communication was great throughout the process even when they ran into a bit of a snag given my very old furnace. Couldn’t be happier with today’s appointment.
