"This company deserves ZERO stars but in order to write a review, I had to put one star. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional company. Since the beginning of the project, I interacted with unprofessional employees. The sales rep promised me all of the renovations I wanted and then when it was time to order products, she started lowballing the shower head, faucets, sink and wanted me to order everything from overstock so that it was cheaper and less quality. I signed on to do a $30,000 bathroom renovation and I was told to purchase items for $50 or less. Once I complained to the company, another representative came to my house to smooth over the situation. He promised my husband and I all of the previous choices for installation that were made and promised us that we would be pleased with the renovation. Before the project got started, COVID-19 happened and everything was on pause. At the end of May 2020, I stated getting calls again to start the project and pick paint and a shower head. Then all of a sudden, I received an email for a change order for over $3,000, which would be added to my already insane amount of $30,000. This change order was because I wanted to add extra tiles to a closet that is a part of the bathroom. Mind you, this was already discussed with the contractor when the walk through happened. After I left several messages for the representative, I did not receive any call backs. Now I was being ignored. So, I started calling the main office. Then, I finally find out the representative I was working with all of a sudden has retired early and now I will be dealing with the lead contractor. I was okay with this because this lead contractor was present at my house during the walk through, so he knows the plan. I schedule an appointment to go over all the details with him on 06/19/20. Everything goes well and I get a renovation start date of July 13, 2020. Then on 06/24/20, I get a phone call that I would have to pay for more change orders because now there is more plumbing that needs to be paid or and tiles. It was starting to get ridiculous. I was fed up and frustrated. This company is not professional and they do not know how to treat their clients. I was very disappointed. I cancelled my renovation and wanted my deposit money back. The representative that was in charge of my renovation was quick to say "ok, I will send you your deposit money asap!" There was no communication with me to help me resolve this situation or keep me as a customer. THIS COMPANY WILL KEEP ON CHANGING YOUR CONTRACT AND KEEP ON ADDING CHANGE ORDERS TO GET MORE MONEY. WHATEVER WAS INITIALLY DISCUSSED WILL CHANGE WEEKS OR MONTHS LATER AND YOU WILL BE ASKED TO PAY MORE MONEY! FRAUDS! DO NOT DO ANY RENOVATIONS WITH THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND SHOULD BE REPORTED TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!!!!! THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD AND TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS LIKE ****! HORRIBLE COMPANY!"

"My wife and i were so pleased with Hall's a couple years ago that we hired them to install 3 more exterior doors at our home today. Their installer, David Pitsker, a true craftsman, arrived on time and began by reviewing the work order with us and then setting up a barrier of plastic to keep our home's interior free of dust and debris. He worked diligently throughout the day to complete the job. Again, the finished project exceeded our expectations. Hall's is a highly reputed company thanks to the very talented and experienced installers like David that they employ. In short, today we received another 5-star performance by Hall's Windows and Doors."

"Title: Extremely Disappointed – Poor Quality and Service from Bell Brothers I’ve never written a Angi review before, but my frustration with Bell Brothers has pushed me to share my experience. In 2021, I spent approximately $18,000 on a new air conditioning and heating system installed by Bell Brothers. Less than three years later, I’m already facing significant issues. Last year, the unit was running slowly and struggling to keep up with the heat. When Bell Brothers came out to examine the A/C, they charged me a $99 service fee and basically told me there was nothing they could do. This week, the air conditioner stopped working entirely. When Bell Brothers came out again, I was told it would cost over $3,000 to fix the issue. For a unit that’s practically brand new, this is outrageous! To make matters worse, the technician suggested I hire another company to do the repairs. Bell Brothers has taken zero responsibility for the faulty product they installed, and now I have oil leaking on my roof, which the technician didn’t even offer to clean up. Despite how new the unit is, Bell Brothers hasn’t offered any discount on the repairs. I should not have to pay over $3,000 for a system that was installed less than three years ago. I’m urging anyone considering Bell Brothers for their AC/heating or HVAC needs to look elsewhere. They are unreliable, unprofessional, and do not stand by their work. If this issue isn’t resolved, I will be sharing my experience across social media, Yelp, and the Better Business Bureau. Avoid Bell Brothers at all costs!"

"We have had the pleasure of working with Renewal by Anderson of Eastern Washington, whose crew (Jeff R., Tanner S., Micah R., Daniel R., and Luis G.) worked to build out and replace a bay window and replace 8 other windows. They were professional and courteous the entire time they were here. We will be working with them in the future to replace the rest of the windows that need done. They were definitely not the cheapest to use, but the quality and workmanship is definitely worth the money."

"I am generally a DIY'r and a while back I purchased six modern windows from a big box store to replace the original aluminum windows in my sixty year old home. I had planned to install them myself with the help of my grandson and we had gotten one installed when he got a job offer, out of state, which he could not pass up. These windows were too heavy and bulky for me to handle myself and my search for an installer happily brought me to Jeff Petty and CW&E. Jeff's crew arrived on time, were polite, clean and efficient and except for a short lunch break, worked straight through to completion. There were no surprises with the price and my family and I are very happy with the results of their work. Whenever I might need help with a similar project, I will call CW&E again."
