Ridgeway Construction Inc is a family owned and operated General B licensed construction company serving the Greater Sacramento area. We specialize in decks, siding, dry rot repairs and remodels but as a General B Licensed Contractor - CSLB Lic. 1083145 - we do everything from fencing, painting, and concrete to French drains and everything in-between whether it's big or small. We do most of the work ourselves and, whether it's our own crew on the job or one of our personally vetted subcontractors, our GC Mike physically oversees all work to ensure consistency of excellence and even puts on his own bags. If you happen to have a project outside of our wheelhouse, or if we feel like we are not a good fit, we will always point you in the right direction. Very responsive to the initial request. He came out promptly and gave an estimate. He followed up in writing. He showed up on time every day and communicated with us as needed. The job took longer than estimated but he completed it as soon as he could and honored his original estimate. He provided good quality work. He cleaned up the area daily and was safe with Covid-19 precautions.
