Elite Window & Gutter Cleaning

Rob is a pro; he is kind, understanding, helpful, and FAST. Had six new screens installed in about an hour and a half. Could not be happier with his work.

Rob was on it! I forwarded the details that he needed for an estimate at about 8 pm on a Tuesday. His estimate to re-screen a dozen window screens was waiting in my inbox at 6:30 am on Wednesday. He was at our house at 8:30 am on Thursday. Screens look great! This was my first experience with Elite. I have no connections to this company. So, this is a real review and I would highly recommend this company! As Rob was going through the list of other services his family-owned company provides, especially the ones adding gutter guards and window cleaning, I suspect this will not be the last review for Elite from me.

despite assurances He would arrive he never showed up and I missed multiple meetings and obligations as a result.

Scheduled appointment with him after had a quoted price. No showed, messaged me several hours after scheduled time and said they couldn’t come that day. Didn’t hear from at all in replies to reschedule. Tried again a week or so later. Said he wanted to do the job still and would get right back to me on a particular day and then crickets. Followed up a couple more times, still nothing. Communication was awful. Went elsewhere.

Rob was very professional, and did a thorough job of cleaning my roof gutters and downspouts.

Did a great job and completed it in less than an hour. Took before and after pictures. Cleaned up everything before leaving. Crew answered all my questions.

They did an excellent job cleaning the red berries off the roof and gutter covers. Great clean up and put them in my green can.

Honest, competitive, punctual, friendly. Great job building and installing sunscreenâ s. I canâ t believe the difference the sunscreens make, I should have done them . Also they cleaned the dryer vent which was definitely needed.
