Hand tools are periodically dipped in rubbing alcohol to further help destroy germs. These may seem like extreme measures, but we take your health and the health of all our employees seriously. Thank you for your continued business. We are not the typical plumbers, our guys are neat and clean, well groomed, respectful of you and your property. They arrive in a clean truck that is well stocked, and best of all we don't try to charge you a ridiculous amount of money to do a so-so job. Minor plumbing leaks to replacing the sewer line in you front yard. We can handle any plumbing issue you have quickly and we are affordable. We are here to help. "The waste line from the washer was overflowing when the washing machine emptied out. Marc D. arrived on time, neatly dressed, very friendly. He examined the issue, found that the washing machine drain line was overflowing rather than leaking (as I had suspected initially). Luckily, there is a clean-out specifically for the laundry drain on the back of the wall. He opened the (painted-over) clean out and snaked it twice with the electric snaking device. He than tested the drain twice. No more overflow. The drain was flowing well. Since then I have used the washing machine multiple times. Problem solved!. I was quoted $ 145.- for the work and paid $ 130.50 with a 10% Angie's list coupon. I am very happy with this company and the work they did. Highly recommendable."

He showed and explained to me about needing a water filtration system next to well water pump because sand and dirt is getting through, clogging water pipes. He also found the Rheem on demand water heater the previous owner installed is not powerful enough, so I'm having him come back to replace and install those."
