Lucky Sully Chimney and Duct Cleaning

Exceptionally great service. The company responded quickly and referred me to their gas fireplace expert. He asked for a couple pictures via phone, then called me and helped me diagnose the problem and get the pilot light re-lit over the phone. No charge. These are honest and awesome people who I would recommend for any service. I'll have work done in a couple months on the drier vents and I plan to just call them; no competition.

Dan was fabulous! He Facetimed me and walked me through how to clean my fireplace and how to put it back together all free of charge. My fireplace now looks and works great. He did this all on his own personal time outside of business hours. I can't tell you how much I appreciate him taking her personal time to help me. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again.

Everything went well from start to finish. Lucky Sully's computer system told me when Brian would arrive and I was impressed that they even had a picture of him so I would know what he looked like. He was efficient, fast and kept the area clean. He is very nice and explains everything. I have used this contractor before and I have good service every time. I will continue to use them.

It went fine. The work was done quickly and efficiently. It turned out that the chimney was not that dirty, so the job was a relatively easy one as far as I could tell. I would certainly hire Lucky Sully again.

Got everything cleaned out as expected along with some unexpected items in the flue (rocks, dead birds). Protected the inside with tarps and vacuumed everything up. Recommended and I had a chimney cap installed. Everything was done quickly, efficiently and within budget.

I had just moved into an older home and wanted my fireplace checked. No issues were found. The serviceman also gave some good info about my set up.

The serviceman came on time. We thought he did a good job although we have not been on the roof to verify. We were waiting for the invoice and pictures of the job, which he said he would be sending us via e-mail. The invoice came incorrect (wrong name, wrong job address, no pictures of the job) and we replied to their email requesting a corrected invoice with pictures of the work. The owner (Dan) initially told me he has never received my e-mails. I resent our request to the address he gave me (the same address all of the other emails we sent were addressed to). I called him this morning because I still have not received anything and he told me he has never received any of our emails. I tried to explain that we initially responded to his office's email and I also verified the email address where our 4 other emails were sent too. He asked me if I just wanted to argue or get it fixed. He was incredibly RUDE. All I wanted was a corrected invoice that included our correct name, correct address, and pictures of the job. If we had an issue with this work, I can just imagine how he would have treated us. I think this should be noted if you plan to use this vendor.

Made the appointment Thursday for Saturday at 2:30. Saturday 2:30 I get a knock on the door, Brian introduced himself... clean, friendly, and ready to hit the chimney. Gets his equipment, and gets to work. He cleaned out and inspected the firebox. Checked out the flue and the protective screen then cleaned the chimney. When he was done with the inside, he went up on the roof and finished inspecting the chimney from the top making sure that everything was functioning as it should. Came back in, packed up all his gear, made sure the area was clean. I asked about their "Fire and Ice" system. Gave me the info I needed, no hard sell simply answered my questions. Based on this experience I will use them again to clean my other fireplace and other services that they offer.

Brian showed up on time answered all of my questions. He made sure all of my area was protected with heavy duty plastic tarps. Everything was cleaned up and looked the same as before he got it. I bid this job out to three other companies. They were all within $100 of each other but Lucky Sully was the lowest. He showed up on time and went right to work. Knowledgeable and friendly, answered all my questions. Said the job would take about 2 hours, and that's what it took. No mess left behind.

Everything with Lucky Sully went great. Brian was able to come out the same day I called to analyze the issue and determine I had multiple cracks in my chimney and gave me two options on how to fix it: a less expensive non-permanent way that would last a few years or a more expensive permanent fix. I opted for the permanent fix and Brian was able to come out the next day to do the job. He repaved multiple layers of brick and added a chimney cover so rain would not be able to come through the top of the chimney. Brian was great and did a wonderful job. I am very happy with their punctuality and quality of work and would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends/family.

the work itself went fine. Took a little bit to get an appointment and the guy showed up during the appointment window time. But I have to say, they had the technician show up in a 'costume' of sorts with the tall black chim chimney hat. It was kind of ridiculous and it took about 10 minutes of conversation about the job before I realized he actually knew what he was doing I would suggest this company drop the "funny" caricature thing because it distracts from the fact that they really do know what they are doing and they do a great job. It was just weird and a bit creepy how gimmicky the initial interaction was.

We were very happy with them. They are very professional. Very neat, they cleaned up after all the work very well. There was just one worker that I came in contact with.
