The owner was very sweet and personable and found the part we needed that was hard to find and then worked on shower and fixed the leak.

He is very helpful, response immediately, very friendly and professional. He is able to find the source of the leak in short time, with his experience and skills of course, and provide repair plans to me and explain the issues and his repair work very clearly before starting the work. He helped me moving the furniture and others things for his repair work. He fixed the leak, fully testing it after and provide warranty a year for his work. Love his work and he is really a great person too. He also did additional service for my sink and toilet at the same time because they also have some leak issues. I was referred to JP plumbing by a good friend of mine after my water heater stopped working in the middle of the night. I called JP and was immediately impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. He explained the process and broke the cost down. I did call another plumber for estimate and found JP plumbing’s estimate to be considerably lower. I booked an appointment for the same day and JP was right on time. My first impression of JP was a professional, clean and prompt plumber. The old water heater was drained and removed from home and the new one was installed. The work was quality with a very nice 50 gallon Bradford White gas heater. During this visit I also showed him a leaking bathtub faucet which he was able to adjust to stop leaking for a very small extra cost. I would refer JP Plumbing Services to anyone who needs a well qualified and reasonably priced plumber.

JP PLUMBING has excellent communication and upfront pricing. My family and I could not be happier with the work that was performed. Service was affordable and their response was immediate. We discussed options and chose a 50 gallon water heater replacement. We have hot water now and all the areas were cleaned up like it never happened.
