Rapid Rescue Rooter & Plumbing

We’ve had so many plumbing projects over the years and have always used Rapid Rescue. They have replaced our water heater, completely plumbed two bathrooms & worked on the house mainline as well as the gas line and hooking up the water lines for the washer & dryer. They are honest, reliable and affordable. The work they have done has been top notch and it lasts. I highly recommend Wes and Rapid Rescue for all of your plumbing needs.

Wesley was extremely responsive. He made all efforts allowing us to continue doing our business at home while he was assessing the problem, assembling his crews, and obtaining a City permit. We were well informed of the progress. His crew did an excellent and clean job, working long hours getting the job done. Including excavated to a depth of 10 feet, patched up our concrete driveway and patched up the AC roadway nicely. Wesley even found time to replace our kitchen faucet and under drain without extra charge. Don’t believe he would be the cheapest initial estimate you would get. We would definitely ask him for all future plumbing needs.

My water main went out on Christmas Eve leaving me without water, Wes offered to come out on Christmas day to make the repairs. I told him we could wait until the next day, he arrived on time, dug up my very rocky soil to get to the water main and made the repairs. The customer service was great and he explained everything to me every step of the way. The cost was also reasonable. I have asked that he return to make an additional repair later this week. He definitely has a repeat customer.
