He notified me that he knew some people that could perform flooring, countertops, paint, cabinet refinishing, stone fireplace surround, ceiling fans, canned lighting and really everything that I needed. He served the project as my de facto general contractor. I am extremely pleased with his work, professionalism and timeliness. He let me procure the materials and performed the work in about three weeks, which exceeded all of my expectations. "Performed a chimney repair job – tuckpoint/mortar replacement. They only worked an hour the work was an inconsistent, sloppy and porous patch work job. The mix was clearly off as mortar shouldn’t dust off like dried drywall mud when you rub your fingers on top of it. You can do a basic google search on how this job should have been completed properly. In fact, the photo on their estimate of how they supposedly do mortar repairs is completely opposite of the job performed. Not once did they state that they would send someone to check out the work or attempt any type of resolution. Shotty work."
