I was very impressed with their qualifications and the website made it easy to request service and detail work needed to be done. They arrived within a few hours and were hard at work on my chimney and got it done within a few hours on a hot day. The pictures showed a very thorough job on the re-pointing and weatherizing of my chimney. I was very happy to have this issue well taken care of for a very reasonable cost by friendly and professional workers.

They were able to fix a complicated issue with our damper by going out of their way enlisting multiple metalsmiths to fix the broken part. I really appreciated their ingenuity and creativity to help their customers save some money, even though it was more hassle for themselves.

Great work, reasonably priced and professional! We had them fix a rusted cap and pan on top of chimney that we learned about after seeing black soot line on our siding. It did take a week for the materials to come in but that's not their fault and they did set expectations with us about the delay. They were quick and efficient. I highly recommend their work.

These folks installed a metal chimney liner and a rotating top on our chimney. When there was a small problem with the installation, the owner came out within a couple days and fixed it. Also came out a year later and made an adjustment at no charge. Really nice team. Organized and dependable. Would def recommend.

Setting up the appointment was a simple phone call. They were very flexible to work around my time schedule. They came and performed the service very efficiently and made sure there was no mess. The team were very pleasant and professional. I was very satisfied and would recommend them highly.

They sent out only one person. They gave us a quote and changed it. He would make an appointment and cancel it. The whole thing was a nightmare. It was a very unpleasant experience.

I paid $400 for a deep cleaning for each of my 2 chimneys. I also paid $300 to reseal the double-sized chimney top on the roof and $100 to seal 1 fireplace interior. All of that came out to $1200 - their services were finished quickly and thoroughly and cleaned up completely

Nobody showed up. When I called I was told the technician didn't feel well, but I hadn't been contacted. They arranged for someone else to come the next day. They didn't show up either. I called and they said they'd look into it. I asked about a discount for my inconvenience and they said they're a private business and can't discount. Then they never called me back. AVOID THEM!
