I contacted Roland from ASAP when I had a leaky faucet. He came out and quickly assessed the leak and was in the process of repair when I told him that I was considering remodeling the unit. He notified me that he knew some people that could perform flooring, countertops, paint, cabinet refinishing, stone fireplace surround, ceiling fans, canned lighting and really everything that I needed. He served the project as my de facto general contractor. I am extremely pleased with his work, professionalism and timeliness. He let me procure the materials and performed the work in about three weeks, which exceeded all of my expectations. I work in the construction business in another state and working with Roland was one of the best experiences I have had, personally or professionally. I can't recommend him enough.
