We hired LMX Builders to remodel our backyard because they impressed us the most with their budget-friendly yet classy design. Their project manager Yaniv was thorough and straightforward. They got us city permits and HOA approval in a reasonable time. The construction phase was managed by Yaniv and closely supervised. He resolved issues very quickly and got our backyard done on time. Our neighbors have used him since and were likewise satisfied.

I hired LMX Builders to create a backyard for my newly purchased house in Trabuco Canyon. They helped me get a design that was functional, beautiful, and realistically priced. Shay, the project manager was quick to respond and extremely accommodating. They got us through planning stages with the HOA, City and Orange County Fire Authority. Shay’s involvement and follow up helped the project move along as per timeline. The crew was amazing! They installed a new retaining wall, covered patio, outdoor kitchen, firepit, planters and customized our patio with pavers. Highly recommend them!

We hired LMX Builders to do our ADU project for our disabled parents. Their bid and design impressed us the most because it was so well thought-out and included details that were important to us and included accommodations well above ADA requirements. They handled all our permits, designing, engineering, architectural and HOA. Their staff is great with communication, addressing concerns and providing quality work. They struggled like everyone else during the covid period but were still able to get our project done within a reasonable timeframe. We are very happy with the experience and the finished ADU!

LMX Builders did a great job turning our outdated backyard into a contemporary paver patio with a nicely incorporated fire pit, lovely sitting area, and a bar. Yaniv really knew how to listen and understand our needs and wishes. My husband and I were amazed that everything we discussed was included on the initial 3D design and even more impressed with how LMX Builders helped us stay within budget by selecting cheaper material yet keeping the patio looking elegant and stylish. Yaniv was the best project manager and his crew was professional and well skilled. Yaniv was involved with supervision and resolved issues quickly and, of course, to our satisfaction. We absolutely recommend LMX Builders!!!

LMX Builders were recommended to us by a pool service company. They’ve removed and rebuilt our existing pool deck and remodeled our pool to include a built-in jacuzzi. Their quality of work is exceptional and exceeded all our expectations. It was easy to work with them on the layout, design and selection of the material and they helped us to stay within the budget but still got the final product look beautiful! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for outstanding craftsmanship and great customer service.
