"I waited 4 weeks for them to come down for a Generator install estimate. 8/21/23 and they were a no show...no call, no nothing. Horrible customer service. I wouldn't hire them to change a light bulb. And NO MR. ELECTRIC.....my appointment was scheduled for the MORNING and I kept the email that says that. If you'd like to see it.....send me your email and I'll forward it to you. There was NO confusion on my part. It was YOUR company that dropped the ball. What a great guy and electrician. I found him via Thumbtack (local pro app). He immediately responded and we set up a time. He arrived on time and had to correct issues that went back before I moved into the home. He is so patient, knowledgeable, and professional! A huge relief knowing that my electrical is now worry free. I also had him replace some aged outdoor outlets. Will have him back to maintenance my solar panels in the spring. Can't give him enough stars and props! Highly highly recommend!"
