Service was good. Install after the appraisal was fast though no one contacted me so I didnâ t know it was happening until I called in the day before to find out when they planned on coming out. Otherwise they were fair priced and quick to respond to my request for a bid on the job.

Joshua arrived at my home and after explaining the problem he did a quick assessment and the made the necessary repair.

Andrew’s electrical came out within an hour of calling me. What I thought was a big fix turned out to be a very simple issue. They fixed the problem immediately. They were friendly and answered all of my questions. I will definitely be thinking of Andrew’s first if I have any other problems.

John Hall called from Andrewâ s Electric/AC having received my name from Home Advisor. In the mean while we had had hired 5-6 other people to look at the problem with our electrical. Each of those â specialistsâ looked at our problem and missed diagnosed it completely. When John came out, he diagnosed the problem exactly and fixed it for a fraction of the cost we had into it by other â specialists. I most highly recommend John Hall from Andrewâ s. They could have replaced my breaker box for $3,000 instead they were honest and just replaced the missing screws for less than$200. I hired them to service my A/C and Heater before they left that day .

I have aluminum wiring and was initially determined to have it replaced with copper. I was convinced by Jon Phillips that this was not necessary and instead hot spots and panel could be evaluated by his company. Lawrence came and checked panel and previous alumicons connections put in by a different electrical company. He discovered my panel was not up to code and there were no alumicons for the grounding wires in outlets. He also recommended GFCIs at outlets to break the circuit if there was an issue as my panel would not support this due to the wiring. He was very I thorough in explaining it all to me. It took a couple of weeks to get a quote with persistence on my part. Luis came out and was very knowledgeable and determined to help me resolve all issues. I am happy that I chose an alternative to putting in all new wiring. It saved me a considerable amount of money and inconvenience, yet I now have 100% protection. I would recommend Andrews as they know their stuff and will spend a lot of time explaining in detail what and why certain updates should be done and I believe they did an excellent job.

The electrician Shane Cecil did a phenomenal job. He not only knows the trade but has a very positive can-do attitude that made all the difference.
