"They came out and fixed our problem quickly, they charged me 1850.00 to change 6 fuses .i was out of town so I couldn’t do it myself. These fuses cost roughly 30.00 each, I believe they took advantage of our desperate situation.they did the same for the rest of the mall also , someone stole our electric disconnects so I called on behalf of the mall , they charged everyone else roughly 4800.00 to add the stolen fuses . This is not a company that is part of the community, terrible business practices with the gouging.. there was also spares in the bottom of the box and they took them and charged the others for new ones"

He listened to my concerns about placement of the unit, answered all my questions, and gave me instructions on operation. Not that there is much for me to do! "My wife & I recently experienced a problem with one of our home's exterior GFCI duplex outlets (Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter). As it turned out, we had two (2) GFCI's on the same circuit when we only needed one (1). One unit was replaced with a regular duplex outlet leaving just one (1) GFCI to protect the circuit which is as it should be. This was tied into our pool equipment panel and protected by an internal 20amp circuit breaker. There were a few other issues as well but the primary purpose of this "review" is to let others know how we feel about the service that we received from Mr. Electric. Our experience was, in fact, a very good one and the electrician, Robert F., was a pleasure to work with as it turned out. He was willing to listen carefully to our description of what we had experienced and then took the time to explain the possible causes prior to his actual trouble shooting. When he saw that I took an interest in learning the basics, he also took the time to explain what he was doing & why which proved to be an extra-added benefit. Robert has been in the business for some 25 years and his skill & expertise were equaled by his attention to details as well as a genuine concern for this customer's inquisitive mind. This was, in fact, our third experience with using Mr. Electric in the same home as on two other separate occasions I had outlets & switching installed in our garage/workshop area for both our garage door opener as well as power & a switch for my workshop lighting. Our other experience was when we needed a difficult to reach ceiling fan installed which also required some work in the attic to run the wiring. In each & every situation the work was performed by professionals who knew their trade & then some with outstanding overall performance & service as the end result. If you are in need of having electrical work performed in your home or business, we highly recommend Mr. Electric's service hands down. "Went well. The plumber came out, as scheduled, on a Sunday, and there was no extra fee for the plumber to come on a weekend. Total cost to install a 3/4 Badger garbage disposal we had purchased ourselves was $196, including tax. Plumber was helpful, shared some information with us to help us better maintain our tankless water heater. Would use them again."

"This was the second company I had come look at the leak in my toilet. The first one I thought was expensive. However he only wanted to replace the wax ring for the toilet for $600. So I contacted Angie's list and they sent out master router who to my surprise said I had a major problem in my home. That my walls had too much moisture and it was dangerous. The master bathroom supposedly had 100% humidity and the guest bathroom varied from 27 to 47% humidity. That was supposed to be very dangerous. They said my flange was below the tile level which they said was not right. I have since found out that is incorrect. I had not asked them to check out the master bathroom but they had me extremely concerned that I was living in a hazardous situation. Before I knew it, my guest bathroom was completely gutted and my master bathroom was partially gutted. A restoration company called copperstate came in on their tails and had me even more concerned about what was going to happen in my home.I erroneously thought they were under Angie's list also. I can't complain about the quality of the work from master router because it was good I was just not prepared to do $20,000 worth of repairs to my home. Especially since it was not needed from what the previous company had said. My insurance company is no longer responding and has paid only a portion of what things have cost me. and so I have now had to fork out nearly $20,000 and my master bathroom is still not finished. I do have to admit that they did find an issue with the repair done by Roto-Rooter in 2018 but that should not have cost me the kind of repairs that master router forced me to have done. I would not have had to have two major bathrooms gutted. I have not told him about things like the bubbler that they cut nor that I still am not happy with the cement repair but I am concerned because I've complained about him the cement several times. I'm afraid they won't ever make it any better. I would like it if master router could give me a partial refund because it would never have cost me this kind of money if they had just repaired the toilet the way the other company recommended. The toilet in the guest bathroom still has its original symptoms from the problem that the contractor was supposed to fix."

"Post sales follow up by my salesperson is non existent. I needed some information regarding tax credits as promised as I was completing my tax return. I called the office requesting that my sales person give me a call back. I only had a couple questions. Then I left a message on his contact number. I did not receive any call. So much for being a "Diamond Club" member."
