Bob (electrican) arrived on time. He is very professional and friendly. He listened to what I need and made some very helpful suggestions including how to safely manage the high voltage lines in my attic. Another electrician suggested a much bigger job than I wanted or needed. Bob was not pushy or trying to add more expensive things to the project. I look forward to having him start work.

Both Bob and Marcus were professional, pleasant and very efficient. They were very thorough in their explanation and cleaned up really well after the project was completed. Highly recommended!

I chose Turn It On Electric because the electrician, Miguel, took the time to think through the wiring in such a way that it would have minimal impact on the drywall. Also, he did not try to talk me into "Easy" solutions, e.g., putting a new switch right by the new light vs running a wire to the existing switch box. I will use them again.

Very professional. Paid attention to detail and incorporated my preferences. They spent extra time to do the job right. They were punctual and polite. They were more expensive that I thought the job should cost, but I am happy and feel like we got our money's worth.

The overall experience was good; the only thing getting in the way of a higher rating is that after replacing kitchen outlets the garbage disposal lost power and that was not caught. However the follow-up was good with questions answered and at this point I believe everything is functioning.

Do not use TIO. If anything goes wrong they will not stand behind the products they sell. I bought an expensive Google Nest smoke alarm system from them, which started chirping and couldn't be shut off. To be fair, they did try to correct the problem several times, including sending the alarms back to be checked for problems. Long story short, when the issue couldn't be fixed they left me with a cheaper smoke alarm system and would not reimburse me for the difference, saying they couldn't take back the used items. So now I'm stuck with four useless pieces of junk and did not get the system I paid for. Be very careful dealing with them.

After getting an estimate for wiring and hanging ring cameras in our backyard, the technician got started on the work and said he would back to complete the job. We paid the FULL PRICE. When we called to follow up to get the technician back out to complete what we had an estimate for, they claimed we needed a whole new estimate and that technician would not be back out. Totally ripped us off

I asked TIO Electric to hardwire my new electric car charger to an existing 50 am circuit, replacing a NEMA plug that already existed. Conrad did a great job - it took two trips due to no fault of his (the manufacturer did not include the required compression lugs) but ultimately was done without issue and works perfectly. Thank you!

Not well. I had an appointment for an estimate tomorrow morning. Today they called and left me a voice mail message that an emergency had come up and they wanted to move me ot 12-4 in the PM. I called back and said I was willing to be moved but could they give me a shorter window as I had already blocked my morning and would now need to block my entire afternoon. The person I spoke with said no...they could only give me a 12-4 window but the tech would text me when he is on the way. I said if they can't give me a better window, could they at least have the tech text me from his earlier job just indicating whether it looked like late afternoon or early afternoon. She put me on hold and then came back and said no. So I cancelled. Absolutely no effort to accommodate me after the problem was caused by the company (needing to reschedule). I would not go back to this company again!

They showed up and were on time! It took two visits: one to figure out the problem and another to fix it. They were super friendly and professional. I feel confident that their work is of high quality. I had them bid another job before they left and will definitely hire them back.

Committed to a circuit check for over $300 and it was only a stuck button on the receptacle. I loved and referred this company for a long time but that has ended. They behave like every other money hungry contractor now.

Work was done ahead of schedule and on target for cost. Nice quality work.

The first appointment was canceled by TIO Electric at the last minute. This was problematic because we were told to arrange to be without electricity for several hours. However, TIO understood the inconvenience this caused and discounted their fee $100.

The work performed was not an issue, the communication with the company was poor to nonexistent. The company priced itself out of the market and demanded payment in full before the work was completed, project delayed by not having the supressor in stock and then upon demand for a refund for the work not performed and parts not delivered, they magically completed the work, a week after they promised the completion date.

They were awesome. All the guys were very knowledgeable and nice. Work was done perfect and timely

The tech never showed up in the 4 hour window I was provided by the company rep, Brian. I would give them zero stars if I could. Wasted 4 hours waiting for them to come give a quote for the actual work to be performed. Don’t waste your time!!

Liam and Conrad were helpful professional, and helpful. The work was done as contracted and cleanup was excellent. This is a good company to work with and should be considered by anyone needing electrical work done.
