Kinetico AquaZona

My experience with Kinetico has been outstanding. Mike the installer was excellent, including arriving within the time window I had been given. He listened to my concerns about placement of the unit, answered all my questions, and gave me instructions on operation. Not that there is much for me to do! Another contractor doing work here on a separate project noticed how well the copper pipe had been installed. All the staff who dealt with the project were personable and knowledgeable and responded in a timely way to my requests and questions. Thank you to all.

Great customer service. Brian was a non pressure salesperson. He explained the water system and how it works and the cost. Easy to talk to and ask questions. Outstanding Communication follow through from the initial call to Kinetico, to appointment setting, to the installation and then 2 week follow up. Junior the installer was awesome too. Highly recommend this company for their product and customer service.

As everyone notes, the Kinetico system is expensive--it wasn't the most expensive that we were quoted, but that is in part because they suggested a placement that saved us some money and hassle. The sales pitch could have been a little more focused, since we had already done our homework, but in the end it was hard to argue against the reputation of their equipment. We had a whole house water filter & softener installed, along with an undersink RO connected to our refrigerator. Michael and Joey did the install. It wasn't an easy install to do, but they were creative and figured out how best to make it work. The work itself is top notch. They were polite, professional, and answered all of my questions clearly. They tolerated my dog bothering them, and cleaned up nicely after their work. I have just had the installation done, and will likely follow up with another review after we've been using it for a while. (I know one of the common complaints is lock into the company for supplies, but I also understand that is part of the reason they can boast high quality.) Overall, I am quite pleased we decided to go with them.

Excellent company! We first installed a Kinetico system 40 years ago when we first moved to Phoenix. We have stayed with them ever since! Our technician this morning was prompt, efficient, pleasant and thorough. He explained the new system thoroughly and answered all my questions. As always, great customer service from a great company!

Awesome. Our service guy was great at the installation and so nice. Did a clean and good looking install. So glad I don’t have to run to one of those places to fill up heavy bottles to then carry them into my house just to get drinking water.

From the sales rep and explanation, to follow up calls, to the installer and his professionalism and the follow up after the install, it was as perfect as perfect can get. The system performs better than expected. There is non better. WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!!!!!! REMEMBER, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!!!!!!

Unbelievably well. Words cannot describe how thrilled I am with the new RO. The technician was extremely courteous and professional. Would highly recommend Kinetico, not just for the products, but the service was first class.

I did a lot of research on the best quality, as well as the best value for the equipment for my house. I had another water softener and RO unit when I moved into the home. The softener seemed to give me hard water from time to time and I would notice scale in my showers and on my faucets. The soap never seemed to lather well and my never seemed to be really soft. Our drinking water had a dirty taste to it. All of that changed when I contacted the team at Kinetico. They came out and tested my system, my water, and showed me how they could help. I learned that the system in my house worked off a timer and often we would run out of soft water, and other times, when were were on vacation or away from the house, the unit would still use water and salt, even though we weren't using any water. Their twin tank non-electric metered system is the most efficient unit on the market and I saved more than 70% in salt and my water bill dropped. That salt savings was huge because salt is getting more expensive. Now I only fill it every 8 months or so whereas the other unit had to be filled monthly. The drinking water system they installed is amazing. It makes over 50 gallons of water a day whereas my other unit made only 10 gallons a day. This makes a huge difference with all the entertaining we are doing. We use the water for boiling vegetables, pasta, and for sauces. We use it for everything because it is just so good. The quality of the water and the pressure is much better from the Kinetico Drinking Water System. I looked at EWQ.org and found that the tap water has a ton of contaminants (searched for my specific zip code) and I am happy to report this system removes these harmful contaminants and is tested by NSF to prove it. Not many other systems have the certifications to prove that it does what they say. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my choice in my softener and drinking water system. Let them test your water and show you what they can do. There is a reason why they are continually rated the best. 100% made in the USA too. Happy to support a good American company and a local family owned company. I highly recommend the team at Kinetico.

Technician arrived early after calling and promptly removed old system and installed new updated system. Installation was quick, clean and all questions were answered clearly. I have been a Kinetico customer for over 20 years and the products and service have always been of the highest quality.

Service was exceptional. Order placement was by phone and through the documents on file Kinetico was able to validate the model and filters I needed. The transaction was completed during call. Credit card was debited, address was verified and assurance was given for product delivery. The filters arrived to my front door the next day. Essentially no wait. Needed to replace 30 year old K30 Kinetico system. Alex was on time and did a great job with the install. Very neat work and cleaned up. Excellent service from day 1 starting with Mike Mattox, the General Manager, who helped us determine which system was best for us and recognizing us as a 20 year customer. Matt was extremely professional and did an excellent job removing the old system and installing the new one. When finished he took his time in explaining everything to me on the new system. He was an excellent representative of the company and I would highly recommend the company and him to anyone.

The installation went great. This is the third house where we have installed a Kenetico system. Alex A was professional and not high pressure at all. He was one time for his appointments and explained how our AZ system varies from purchased in Minnesota. The installer did a great job and we were especially impressed with the work he did to tie our refrigerator to the water system. Very satisfied over all.

All work was done to my satisfaction. Also, the technician wore booties in the house and a mask the entire time.
