 + -1 moreBrandon was not punctual, was somewhat difficult to contact, and not overly friendly. Chimney top was poorly finished. The fireplace has performed very well, but regret that Southern Fireplaces is the only local vendor for Mendota.

 + -1 moreWe visited Brandon not knowing if we wanted a gas or wood fireplace. He was full of great information & did not try to push us in one direction or another. He gave us a lot of options & recommendations. We chose a stove from the many options he showed us. The install was excellent using our old chimney with a flexible liner. Couldn't be more pleased. Excellent service!
