Cost was very competitive, scheduling and installation was smooth and professional. Recently, we had an issue with hardware on one of the windows and a sliding screen door. I sent email and received a reply from Billing Mgr at 10:02 am. That is the last I heard from them. Ended up getting work done by another company that actually replied back to me (that same day). With all of the other glowing reviews of this company on Angles list, I'm surprised."

"They took the job even though they don't know how to do flat roofs, and never at any point started that they don't know how to do flat roofs until after I called to complain about water leaking in my closet. The contract states tear off old roof and install new shingles. He did not honor the contract. He didn't reroof the entire roof, and only reshingled the flat roof. The contract and request was for a new roof over the entire house. Of the Leake he asked why it just now started leaking, and suggested maybe a branch fell on it. It did not seem he ever intended to honor the warranty. His first response was "I didn't do the back" when I called about the leak and told him the location. I requested a partial refund, and he started that he would wait till he's served -- boasting that a lawsuit will take a year."
