I was looking for contractors that would replace my entire roof after a strong hailstorm. The trick of my case was - I have a large kinda balcony with flat roofing sheets as a floor. I requested quotes from 4 highly rated companies and 3 out of 4 were puzzled by the flat roof piece of work. They explained that when my house was being built - the roofers put the flat sheets without any issues, but now 2 balcony door packages should be removed and reinstalled by carpenters, which would increase the price significantly. U.S. Exterior by Seidel offered an alternative solution - to spray existing roofing sheets with special resin based solution, that has a 50 year warranty. It's more expansive and more fragile than roofing flat sheets, but that was my only reasonable option. Everything else regarding the project was on a very good level - communication, scheduling, quality of work, garbage, etc. Thanks for a good work! Highly recommended!

This was our first big home project – roof, siding and gutter replacement. It was a big financial investment and we are happy we chose the team at US Exterior by Seidel. They were instrumental in working with our insurance company to maximize the amount covered by insurance. They handled basically the entire process and helped us receive a very fair result. They have a designer available to help give you ideas. This was especially helpful to my wife and I having not gone through this process before. They were very responsive to questions we had throughout the project. As work as being completed, the crew was extremely professional. They delivered a great result and we love how our home looks.

I noticed that they had a coupon for a simple roof repair on Angies List. Realizing that we had a much more extensive repair needed that what could be gained for 99 dollars, I called, explained our situation and made an appointment for someone to come out and give us a quote. The salesman showed up at the appointed time, was very pleasant, but opted not to go up into the attic on this very hot day. He looked in, agreed with what we had been previously told and left us with the promise of a quote. No sooner did we get back into the house but the phone started ringing and the person I had originally spoke with called, demanding 99 dollars. I reviewed our conversation with her and she told me they do not do roof repairs beyond a simple caulking. I hate to use the word "scam" but her behavior certainly makes me wonder. I did tell her I would post about this, so that's what I am doing. I did not pay her any money, nor do I plan to do so.

We had our siding and all windows replaced by US Exteriors by Seidel and we could not be happier. lucky scheduled a good day start of winter. One long day to complete job, Had one other competitive quote but US Exterior did my roof 22 years ago with no issues - my roof was just wear and tear exhausted. Came back in better weather to do 6 inch gutters and wood trim repair

Last year I got 4 quotes for my re-roofing project. I was impressed with the re-roofing details outlined in the contract and 14 year no-leak guarantee offered. According to the city ordinance, homeowners are responsible applying for a roof permit for any projects; however, Udo kindly applied the roof permit on my behalf due to complexity of roofing requirement by the city. For various reasons, primarily due to the weather, the roofing project was delayed to this year. However, the company still honored the quoted price. During the whole process of re-roofing project, Udo was always responsive to any concerns and questions I had. The new roof looks beautiful. An unbelievable experience and very glad I went with a great, trusted company.

Udo and his team at U.S. Exterior are professional and do a great job from start to finish. Our window was replaced in the time frame given and both the inside and outside look fabulous. The siding also needed to be worked on with the window install and is flawless. Workmen cleaned up neatly afterwards. This is the third time U.S. Exterior has done a project for us.

We cannot recommend US Exteriors highly enough. We were about to put our home on the market (time to downsize) and learned that we had issues with the Dryvit exterior through an inspection. News that you have to spend tens of thousands on your home before you can sell it is not welcome. We had a number of estimates done and even then Udo stood out as professional and knowledgeable. After sorting through the various bids and weighing online reviews we decided to go with US Exteriors. So glad we did. Price was fair which is all you can really ask for. Everything went exactly as we were told it would at the beginning. The crew of Lucas & Chris were friendly and also professional. They were here every day on time (weather permitting) and worked their butts off. Because of the Dryvit tear off there were some unknowns going in. The crew let us know whenever they came across any issues related to the Dryvit and were kind enough to take the necessary photos for the insurance company as they went. Udo visited a few times a week during the entire process. We hated spending the money but US Exterior made the experience as painless as possible. Professionals through & through.
