"My Mother purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator from Spichers in March of 2023 and at first it worked well. Then the ice maker would not work. Spichers has been out 3 or 4 times to “fix” the problem only to once again have thence maker not work. My Mom just called them yet again today, Monday Oct 9, 2023, only to be rudely told to call Whirlpool. I will NEVER buy anything from Spichers again, and they should know this: word of mouth travels fast."

"We purchased a double wall oven at Orsinis. When we used it the window pane would get all foggy with condensation. Orsini customer rep/sales reps blamed it on a recent design change on the part of Whirlpool and other manufacturers. Well, Whirlpool does NOT confirm any design change, i.e. the information we got from Orsini was false and just an excuse. Despite numerous efforts Orsini would not react further. Never again will we purchase anything from Orsinis."
