"Terrible! They were great when they were locally owned. Rotokil purchased them and all went down hill. The changed from quarterly to 3 times a year. Increased the price. They never tell you when they are coming. Just scheduled and hope you can let them in. Tech was great but call center and customer service is as bad as it gets. Rude and dismissive"

"I have been unimpressed and highly disappointed in the services, professionalism, and ethics of your company from the start. Since I have started paying your company all I have received are excuses for why I haven't seen any improvement in the reduction of the bugs and mice. Some of your techs are the laziest I've ever seen. Even your other techs have told me that the traps were not set up right, that what was done was just lazy and that certain techs are just known for doing the bare minimum. I have complained over and over. Only time I receive any sort of service for the inside of my house or my garage is when I complain since I don’t get anything close to a heads up notice of a service date. Then I have to take off work every single time for the subpar service I then receive for the inside which costs me money. All I have received from your company are continued excuses for why my bug and mouse problem has not gotten any better but you sure are quick to charge me. The last service I was charged for was this month which I absolutely will not pay for and if you charged me I expect a refund. This BILLED service was again only done outside because of the lack of notice and the mouse trap box that is in the front of the house is wide open and empty. Haven’t seen any other boxes outside. I wouldn’t exactly call that service! When the mouse trap boxes were originally set up only in my basement the two boxes were put right next to each other on the one side of the basement. None anywhere else in the house. Absolutely ridiculous. Then after continued complaining I received 1 more box in my closet then was handed a stack of sticky traps to put where I want them. Also complained that you were only using poison boxes which take a week to kill a mouse. I can’t believe your company feels a customer is okay with the mice hanging around and damaging walls, wires, etc and spreading germs and feces inside of the house while I wait for it to hopefully die in a week. I also have small children and animals and your company thought poison was just fine! When I had to complain about ants, your tech was so lazy that he only sprayed under one of my sliding glass doors. No where else in the entire house. I had to call back the next week and take yet another day off of work because of the unethical and lazy service I receive from your company because I now had ants in every single room in my house. I don’t know how you keep any customers at all when this is how you treat them and the lack of pride your employees take in their jobs. By the way I still have mice. Now have 4 holes in my walls because of them chewing through. I should send you a bill this time. Also still have earwigs, ants, spiders, and some sort of beetle. Only thing I don’t currently have in my house that I did when I first moved in are the grasshoppers. Your company has been consistently charging me for a fake service as it has provided none of the expected outcomes. Highly unethical and horrible service."

"Just okay. Very responsive in coming out to give me a quote, but I didn't hear from them after the job was sold - I had to call their office three days later to find out when they were coming. I then got a text from the salesman saying they'd be out at the end of the following week, much later than I'd wanted them there since the birds had begun nesting in the soffit again. Also expensive - about $500 for a job that took literally 15 minutes - about $80 of that was for the plastic cap they put over the soffit. Not a lot of companies do birds, though, so I went with this one."

DIY animal removal is rarely a good idea and is not advised for many reasons. First, these types of animals can carry diseases and, therefore, pose a health risk to you, your family, and your pets if mishandled. Second, depending on your city or municipality, it may be illegal to remove or handle wildlife yourself.
Sealing your home against these animals yourself is also a bad idea. Trapping an animal under your house will cause odor and insect problems when it passes away.
Pest control is not the same as animal removal. Pest control specialists treat for insects and bugs, often by using chemicals. Animal removal specialists try to avoid chemicals if possible and instead work to trap and move the animal that's causing problems.
Since each expert has their own removal methods, it's best to contact a pest control professional for insects and bugs and an animal control specialist for other animals.
Animal removal specialists specialize in removing critters and wildlife from in and around your home. These include:
Bats
Birds
Groundhogs
Moles and voles
Opossums
Mice and rats
Raccoons
Skunks
Squirrels
The specialist's method to remove these critters will depend on the animal. For example, groundhogs will be live-trapped and relocated, whereas, for birds, the expert will remove and discard the inactive nest and sanitize the area.
You might be tempted to call your local municipality to remove animals from your property, such as a groundhog burrowing in your yard or raccoons getting into your trash cans. However, they typically only remove domestic animals like dogs and cats from properties, or sick and injured wildlife that pose a public safety risk or health threat, such as a rabid animal. They typically do not capture or remove healthy wildlife.
Animal removal professionals have the tools, knowledge, and skills to trap and remove wild animals adequately and humanely. They also can relocate them correctly.
Professional animal removal costs between $200 and $600 for average homeowners. However, depending on the type and number of critters removed, this cost could range from $85 to $1,400.
This cost does not include the cost of home damage caused by the animal, which could be as low as $300 for minor drywall repair or as much as $15,000 for crawl space cleaning and restoration.
