Ready Pest Control

I have been unimpressed and highly disappointed in the services, professionalism, and ethics of your company from the start. Since I have started paying your company all I have received are excuses for why I haven't seen any improvement in the reduction of the bugs and mice. Some of your techs are the laziest I've ever seen. Even your other techs have told me that the traps were not set up right, that what was done was just lazy and that certain techs are just known for doing the bare minimum. I have complained over and over. Only time I receive any sort of service for the inside of my house or my garage is when I complain since I don’t get anything close to a heads up notice of a service date. Then I have to take off work every single time for the subpar service I then receive for the inside which costs me money. All I have received from your company are continued excuses for why my bug and mouse problem has not gotten any better but you sure are quick to charge me. The last service I was charged for was this month which I absolutely will not pay for and if you charged me I expect a refund. This BILLED service was again only done outside because of the lack of notice and the mouse trap box that is in the front of the house is wide open and empty. Haven’t seen any other boxes outside. I wouldn’t exactly call that service! When the mouse trap boxes were originally set up only in my basement the two boxes were put right next to each other on the one side of the basement. None anywhere else in the house. Absolutely ridiculous. Then after continued complaining I received 1 more box in my closet then was handed a stack of sticky traps to put where I want them. Also complained that you were only using poison boxes which take a week to kill a mouse. I can’t believe your company feels a customer is okay with the mice hanging around and damaging walls, wires, etc and spreading germs and feces inside of the house while I wait for it to hopefully die in a week. I also have small children and animals and your company thought poison was just fine! When I had to complain about ants, your tech was so lazy that he only sprayed under one of my sliding glass doors. No where else in the entire house. I had to call back the next week and take yet another day off of work because of the unethical and lazy service I receive from your company because I now had ants in every single room in my house. I don’t know how you keep any customers at all when this is how you treat them and the lack of pride your employees take in their jobs. By the way I still have mice. Now have 4 holes in my walls because of them chewing through. I should send you a bill this time. Also still have earwigs, ants, spiders, and some sort of beetle. Only thing I don’t currently have in my house that I did when I first moved in are the grasshoppers. Your company has been consistently charging me for a fake service as it has provided none of the expected outcomes. Highly unethical and horrible service.

I signed up for a 4 quarterly services with this company in 2013. for the first year it went well as i had a regular technician who knew the house and problem areas but over time the quality just got worse and worse. This is because they keep losing for their technicians. From 2014-2015 I had 5-6 different technicians come to the house. Each time I ended up telling them what to do and it was clear that 4 of them had no real experience in pest control. Every time there was a new technician I asked what happened the previous guy and they told me he quit. One time when I was having lots of issues with bugs I had the technician do a thorough spray and I got a call from their dispatcher asking me what the technician was doing and why they were taking so long. I told the technician the dispatcher was looking for him and he just shook his head and said he hated his job. After nearly 3 years I noticed my mice issue was still the same and i had another company come out. They said that there was not enough external bait stations and they needed to place more and refill the bait regularly. That was enough for me as it became clear that i was paying for a "bandaid" service. and that Readypest would never really solve my problem. This company obviously doesn't retain there staff so they have experienced technicians which is crucial in pest control. I understand that this is a difficult line or work but I was no longer prepared to pay for poor quality. I have found another pest company slightly more expensive but the quality is better as they have experienced technicians.

Our technician is very professional (always calls in advance of scheduling the appointment) and seems knowledgeable about the pests in the area. We originally called when we moved in and found there was a terrible problem with spiders. They were quick to come out the first time, and while they told us it may take months to solve the spider problem (hard to kill outright, they needed to kill their food supply first), we noticed that things were better in just a few days. We are very happy with the level of service and the value of the protection!

They did a pretty good job. They come out every other month. They just do a good job for me. Every time I call and I have an issue, they come out right away. They should make sure I don't have any bugs and spiders. The price was average. They're very responsive and they're punctual. When they tell you they're going to be there, they're there. They do what they're supposed to do.

It was okay. They did quarterly pest control for bugs inside and outside the house. We would have used the last service. Each time I had a different service person.

They've done a good job. It was good. They had to come back in another time but I'm sure of everything. We never got them the first time. We're happy with them.

Sinoe Brown, the Ready Pest Control "technician" for this area was likeable, courteous, prompt, and effective. It was a pleasure to have him take over a job I had done myself for 23 years, and he was more immediately effective than I ever managed. He will be returning quarterly to update control, but the first visit if probably the crucial one for insect control. I chose this company because of its good ratings on Angie's List, and I concur.

They only completed half of the work I asked for. They were supposed to spray inside my home and outside but the technician could only spray inside because he came on a day when it was snowing so he could not do the outside. I think I should only have to pay half of the bill since they only did half the job.

Ready Pest Control was great to work with. We initially began service because we had a problem with wasps in our backyard and eaves of the house, so we wanted to make sure they weren't getting into the house. If we saw any wasps between service appointments, we would give them a call and someone would be out within a day or so to re-treat the area at no additional cost. Their staff was very professional, both in the office and their field technicians. We had a great experience overall, and the only reason we stopped using them was because we moved out of the area.

We were having a silverfish problem when we contacted them. The tech took our concerns very seriously and worked at it until he found a solution to our problem. If we have any problems between visits, they come back out within a day, free of charge. We have been very happy with them!

It went well as usual. The contractor sprays around the house and, when needed, in the basement and main floors to control insects and mice. We have had no problems with pests since hiring Ready Pest Control.

I am very concerned about pesticides and their effects on my exotic pets. Jared has always been very helpful in using products that I can feel comfortable with. Ready Pest always calls ahead of scheduled treatments and arrives on time. As I already said, once you get used to having no bugs it's not an option to go back :) I also had a few mice in the garage last winter for the first time ever. Jared set bait stations and I haven't seen any since. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I've only had great experiences with them.

They do a good job. They come out routinely as well as any time we need it between treatments. After they spray, I can see a difference -- especially with ants. They typically send Jose out and he does a very good job. I'd recommend them to neighbors and family!

They're doing a great job! The technician is very respectful, thorough, and I'm definitely impressed by their work. I can definitely say I see a dramatic reduction in insects after they spray and set the traps. I also like that they'll come back out if there are any remaining issues. I'd give them B+ in price, though. I would recommend them!

They did a great job and it definitely solved our problem. They come out on a recurring basis and we've never had any scheduling issues. I would recommend them and will likely stay with them!
