It worked out really well. They were prompt and their customer service was great. They showed up when they needed to and they were really nice while they were here. I called them for spiders and they came back, and they didn't charge me anything. They just came back and tried again. I was pretty happy with them. I think they came early. They were great. I like them.

Service was quick and done well. Even better, the bees are not back this year!

This was my second experience with Professional Pest Control. Last summer, when my house was being resided, we discovered a 10-year infestation of carpenter ants that had destroyed a whole corner of my house. The exterminator came out immediately that day and got rid of them so that the area could be rebuilt. When I started seeing a few ants in my kitchen again, I freaked out and called them again. They were SO helpful! Answered all my weird questions about the ants, was patient with my freaking out, and even took extra precautions to ensure that the extermination of the ants didn't affect my bee hives. The same person came to spray this time and he remembered the infestation from the last year. He was prompt, courteous, clean, and VERY professional. All around fantastic service and I'll use them again.

They merely come to inspect the house to ensure that holes of house are covered. I do not think much more is done.

They were punctual and very friendly and the cost of the services were fair and appropriate for the services they performed. Our home is on the west side of Madison and is situated next to a prairie and drainage pond. The hornet problem was completely resolved by that evening. It was a big relief since the hornets were burrowing and making large nests into the structure of the home. They also did a survey around the house and yard to try and find any additional potential nests. I would recommend and use them again.

They came, went through the house with us to see where the worst areas were, and explained what they do. We left for about an hour and when we came back the treatments were completed. We were very pleased with the ease of getting their services, the person who came was very friendly, prompt and went about his work. We will definitely use their services again, should we need it.

I have used them for probably 25-30 years. The reason why I joined Angie's List is because I own residential rental properties. I have used PPC if I needed something.

Professional Pest Control was extremely responsive in arranging a technician to come at the same time as the siding around the chimney chase was to be removed and the structure repaired. After the siding was removed by carpenters from a separate company, the technician treated the infested area. He also inspected other areas while the siding was temporarily removed for his inspection. He also walked around the property and treated areas of dead wood and possible carpenter ant nests. The technician was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

Last winter was so cold that we ended up with mice in our basement. Pete (our Sales & Service Technician) came out to assess the situation, and by the time he left I was glad we decided to consult a professional. In less than an hour Pete found and fixed multiple entrance points in both the basement and the garage. He also found and removed the dead mouse in the insulation that had been stinking up the basement. We ended up going with a 12-month contract and every time Pete has been out I have been impressed by his attention to detail and excellent customer service.

we have had service with Professional Pest Control for over a year. I have found our technician to be very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions that I have. Previously, we could hear mice in our crawl space in the area above our bedrooms and this was quite unsettling to me as I would often wake up and hear them scratching. The technician came to our house and identified the point of entry, he then placed bait traps along the path that the mice were using to get in and out. Every month since then he has come and checked the bait traps and refilled as necessary. When we had large ant hills in the yard and wasps nesting above our back porch door, he sprayed them during his visit. We have small children and I rest easy knowing they can't open the bait traps. Our monthly treatments never take more than probably 5 minutes, so $30 / month for this service sometimes seems steep, but I would much rather pay $30 than hear mice or worry about them getting into our living spaces.

They are not my favorite. We switched to them this year and I am not probably using them again. It was a good local company, but we are still having some problems. They were very professional. We might just need more frequent service. We would probably not use them next season.

First off they were very responsive and follow-up quickly to the Angie's Deal we signed up for. They were able to accommodate our schedule to come out to our place. The staff was very knowledgeable and very accommodating. This was the first time we had a professional pest control company do work in our house. It seemed to make a difference and something I will strongly consider in the spring.

I am allergic to bees and wasp and they have been out here twice and so far so good. I will continue to use them.

John gave me a great consultation. I wanted to treat wasps, but he informed me that he couldn't without risking the loss of my honeybee hive. I appreciated the type of information that he gave me about alternative intervention options.

I have had this company for years and would recommend them to anybody who needs help with insect control. I had Bill N. for years until he retired from PPC. I now have a new man (Chris?) who does an excellent job. He even removes each window well cover, sprays around the outside of the basement windows, and replaces the window well covers for me. He will spray anyplace I ask him to spray.
