We were very impressed with the professionalism and excellent quality of workmanship that Adonnis Waterproofing did on our foundation repair. Their work exceeded our expectations and made our basement repair an easy and very satisfactory experience. Al and his crew of workers were friendly, hardworking and took pride in all their work. They were respectful of our house by removing their boots whenever they entered our house, and completely cleaned up at the end of the job. We highly recommend them because they do exceptional work. Though my initial website contact wasn't returned, my phone call was returned within a day and the estimator was on site the next day. He was great. Didn't try to sell me work I didn't need. In fact, in looking at the outside he recommended we call a siding company first. I wouldn't hesitate to contact them again if needed.

Truly excellent job: my basement went from making the house unsalable to solid and bright. Al and his "boys" are extremely skilled and efficient, and absolutely meticulous in every detail. I can't imagine how the beaming could have been better secured or more solid; they chipped out and re-mortared the cracks, and mortared the beams to the wall flawlessly. They even cut some tile away to secure the beams directly to the floor. The windows are well-made and they figured out an installation problem (there was a gap between the outer bricks and the foundation) at no additional cost (they brought in extra bricks and installed them). There was a very large bin to move on the outside and they took the time to empty it and put it exactly where I wanted it. Even then they had to work around a deck, which I was not charged extra for. Finally, they helped me with my new washer-dryers too! The drain was plugged and they noticed it overflowing and fixed it, and there was a leaky hose which Al fixed for me himself. All at no charge. They are truly the best and I'm planning on hiring them for a drainpipe repair later this season.

The work was done in less than two weeks and they left the basement very clean. The crew was polite and professional. Al the owner always kept me up to date and Randy, the crew lead, explained everything when I stopped by. Adonnis was easy to work with and they did a wonderful job. My realtor even commented that he has never seen such good work. I would highly recommend Adonnis

Al Polinski and his crew were professional, courteous, and treated my home with care. They arrived on time, took care to protect the lawn, and were meticulous about clean up. They replaced interior drain tile around three quarters of the basement and installed steel supporting columns on two walls. Al was honest about what needed to be done. He worked with his crew, including on his hands and knees finishing the concrete. The building inspector remarked later about the beautiful finish work. They finished the job well within the time stated. I would highly recommend Al and his crew.

I have done business with this company before and was impressed. But my latest dealing with them made me realize what an amazing business this is. I called Al out to look at a potential problem. He could have easily told me I needed a repair and have gotten my business. But instead he told me I did not need a repair and let me know how to fix the problem our self for very little cost. How often do you find people these days that are this honest and put the customers ahead of the almighty dollar? I would recommend Adonnis to anyone and would not hesitate to call them again if I needed basement repair.

We had three companies provide quotes. The first company said we needed new bracing that was up to code ($2,300) but another company and then Al at Adonnis said clearly the wall had not moved further or you'd see the effects of it around the current bracing. He discussed how the foundation work had been done correctly and assured us we were fine. We truly appreciate his honesty despite it leading to no business for him from us at this time. He was a nice, down-to-earth guy.

Excellent Great work Kept site clean as possible, including keeping dust down as the took out part of concrete floor. Cleaned up, handled little xtras...including broken water pipe, downspouts, other needed repairs.

Al and his crew did an outstanding job, continuing for three days till job was done. He took extra care not to rip up the lawn and perennial gardens by laying down industrial planks for all his excavating equipment till the job was done. Al takes great pride in leaving a work site in better condition than when he starts the job. Warranty work was provided to the new Buyers. This recommendation is being supplied by the Realtor, who recommended Adonnis Waterproofing to her clients and will definitely continue to recommend Adonnis Waterproofing for future clients. Al is simply the best in the business, honest, reliable, reasonable and best of all does the job right, the first time!

This contractor is outstanding. The workers were knowledgeable and courteous, the owner is very easy to get along with and provides excellent information, quick call backs and good service.

Al was great! We got multiple quotes on having water issues fixed in our basement. He was the 3rd company we had out and he walked me around the basement and pointed out the problem areas as well as explaining how it needed to be fixed. He presented us with 2 options because we explained that we were trying to sell the house and didn't want to spend a lot of money but we wanted it to be fixed properly. He also offered us a warranty that would carry over to the new owners. After he explained what he saw as the problems and gave us a price, I showed him the other 2 quotes we were given. He very looked them over and informed me that we were being ripped off and half the stuff on those quotes didn't need to be done. Then he walked the basement with me and showed me why. We then had a lengthy discussion on lack of integrity in the waterproofing business. He ended by saying that if we didn't go with him that's fine, but asked us to please make sure we know exactly what we are getting charged for before we sign a contract. We were ready to have him come and do the work and then unexpectedly got an offer on our house and they wanted to fix the basement themselves so we didn't end up needing the work done. We were almost sad to not give Adonnis our business. I say almost because I was relieved to not have to drop that kind of money on a house we were moving out of! I don't remember the exact numbers of the quote but I do know that it was at least 40% less than the other companies.

This company was awesome. They were professional and prompt each day. They cleaned up after each day of service. Their work was very well done. Even the inspector said he hadn't seen work this well done in a while! We were extremely pleased. The price may seem high, but they came in 4000 dollars lower than the other companies!

They arrived on the date agreed upon, their work was very need as basement work can be. The job was completed quickly and on time and on budget, repairs were made to the brick exterior of the house, there had been cracks from settling. The lawn was protected with planking to reduce repair and minimize damage. All the staff were well spoken and clean. Would highly recommend them.

I can't remember ever having had such a positive experience with a contractor as with Al at Adonnis Waterproofing. If you want a contractor whose expertise is top notch as well as someone who is very dedicated to his work and of the highest integrity, this is the company to choose. We had a major problem with our basement, but Al worked with us on every level to make certain that we can now enjoy a nice watertight basement and our home has maintained its value. Thanks to Angie's List recommendations, we really lucked out with this contractor.

This major repair turned out to be a great experience thanks to Al Polinski and his crew. Three basement walls were completely excavated, repaired, and waterproofed. Al was here every day working alongside his crew of three. The attention to detail was outstanding! Two crew members said, separately, that they treated my house as if it were their own. They all worked continuously all day, sometimes explaining what they were doing and why, and always doing outstanding work. Al also did things for me that other quoting contractors never mentioned and also did an extra task for a very nominal charge. I can't recommend Adonnis Waterproofing enough! This huge project for me went unbelievably smoothly, and I knew from the start that I was in experienced, highly competent hands. I wish all contractors were this good!
