The company responded quickly to my request for help in solving my water infiltration issue in my basement. The solution was explained clearly and a reasonable estimate was given. A date for the work was scheduled and the workers performed the work in a timely and professional manner. I have confidence that I won't experience any problems in the future. Mike G.

They quoted basement waterproofing and the work they would do to that effect. Mastic application was integral to the job quality, and The singular reason they got the job. Other vendors stated hey could not do this; but ACCULEVEL assured me on multiple occasions that this would not be an issue for them. They received the job and deposit accordingly. They made me remove my back deck, antennae, and then busted out existing concrete to take one pass with an excavator to then admit they could not actually do they work that they had promised on multiple occasions. This could have been determined without issue by starting on the other side of the house, instead they wanted to commit me further. I was offered no compensation or knock down on price until I told them not to come back the next since they could not do the scope of work they had previously stated. Despite being told to not send anyone back out, the workers showed back up and continued to do subpar work. Trash was left in the drainage trench which I as the homeowner had to remove. They did not even block in a section of foundation that they had quoted, instead stretching a vapor barrier over that and leaving that holding back all the dirt up to the grade. When pressed for permits, they claimed they did not know anything about that. They caused damage to a water pipe in the digging process too, but did not want to fix it right because that would get the city involved. They were supposed to replace deck posts and fence posts as well, but now I am left high and dry. They also left the antennae for me to deal with. When pressed for follow up on these existing issues, I was sent an automated payment reminder. I will be filing legal action against them, and I no longer believe for a second that these 5-star reviews are anything other than bots or paid comments. I have photos that corroborate my position from every point and will attach those if able to as well.

Hired them in February and havenâ  t heard from them sinceâ ¦well once. I have called multiple times with my last call asking for a refund and still no response. I would not recommend at all.

They didnâ t try to oversell me like many of the other companies. They were honest about the solution. They were professional, on time, had great communication, did a great job in a timely manner!

I was satisfied with the work but they left 1/4 inch of mud, gravel and water on the basement floor.. The workers had shut off the water to the pump I had to get a well service and was charged $50 for the service call. I had to hire someone to clean up as my house is currently for sell, $400 more. They installed the sump pump to far away from the power receptacle and I have to use a extension cord. All of these were reported issues were reported to Jason.

The techs did a great job, and once I alerted them to my flower beds directly in front of the porch to be lifted, were very careful not to damage my emerging hostas. I'd definitely recommend Acculevel and already have to my sister for her patio/parking spot.

The whole process from start to finish was very professional and pain free. I was very impressed with Josh Gilley, my project manager. He knew exactly what needed to be done to resolve my water draining issue. I was also very impressed with the two workers Josh's company sent out to do the work. They too were professionals and did an awesome job. I'm very happy the way it all turned out. Would HIGHLY recommend this company to any and all. The price was also very competitive and fair. Much thanks guys. If I ever need any other work done to my home I will definitely be calling you all.

Josh Gilley quoted the job initially and stayed in constant contact with me until the service was complete. He explained the entire process, walked me through his plan, the process, the timeline and even walked me through financing options. He also stayed in contact to help ensure scheduling and logistics were handled (even through the holidays!) and was available for more questions while the service was being completed. It felt like concierge-level service, and every interaction with employees far exceeded all of my expectations. Iâ d never dealt with foundation issues before as a homeowner, and I had so many concerns about cost, logistics, and just fear of the unknown. Josh was an incredible resource and frankly a champion of the company and I knew weâ d made the right choice from start to finish. Our 80 year old home feels safe and restored now, and Iâ m so grateful to know our time and money was well spent.

They cleaned up everything when they were done, and asked us if we had any questions or concerns before they left. They said if we had any questions later, to call and they would be happy to answer them.

We had an attached screened-in porch that was sinking.Acculevel came in and detailed every aspect of the repair project and then followed thru to the most minuet detail. Excellent work and very detail oriented. Friendly and cooperative service team that completed the work. Matt was an awesome rep. He came to our home inspected and gave us the quote. When there was an issue later down the road on where the window could be placed because we didn’t know where some of our lines were under ground be came back and reevaluated and came up with a plan. We had to change our entire floor plan for this window but it’s ok it wasn’t there fault it’s all going to work out in the end.

We are very satisfied with their work. Workers were very professional and the hardest working group I have ever seen. They installed an under the floor drainage system along a 60 foot basement wall. We have had no water on our basement floor since it was installed 2 months ago. We have had multiple downpours since then. We had water on our basement floor every time it rained before their installation. We highly recommend them.

Acculevel was great to deal with from start to finish. The guys thaf came out was in and out did not even have to take time off work. It was so easy to pay also with my busy life that is all plus. Based on an estimate they gave in 2020, Acculevel installed helical piers on the back part of my house after I purchased it. When I got a new job a year and a half later and needed to sell, I discovered that the work they did was not even half of what was actually needed, and that I would have to spend several thousand more to complete the job. In discussions with Acculevel, I was told our guy should have done a more complete inspection and I have been in situations where sellers try and manage the contract in a way to save themselves money. That is probably what happened in this case. That is still no excuse, we should look at the whole house (I took notes during my conversations with them.) Yet I do not know if anyone was ever truly forthcoming with me about what was going on with the previous job and the new estimate of what else was needed and I did not appreciate Freddie attempts to gaslight me while looking at inspection reports. Seven thousand dollars -- which is the discounted price they quoted me only after several hours of back and forth -- is a huge amount of money that I should not have to pay, if only Acculevel had been as honest and transparent as it claimed to be when I purchased the home. I would be skeptical of any estimate they provide.
