Needed a sump pump replaced asap on a Saturday. They were able to come quickly and replace the cheap original with a higher quality pump in less than 30 minutes. Would use this service again.

I was getting water in my rec room and wasnâ t sure which way to turn Brandon and his crew were great. They explained everything to me did the jobâ ¦there was no mess you would never even know that they had cut up the concrete to put in the drains, and installed a Sump Pump. We also discussed my downspouts because they were draining into the ground from broken pipe so that was also fixed.. they installed new piping in the ground and dug it to the street so it would drain properly.Also dug a line from the sump pump to the street on the right side of my house. All I know is I am 100% satisfied with this company and their work and highly recommend it to anyone having Foundationâ s issues

Had a very wet basement with water coming through a hole in the wall like a fountain when it rained. Water was seeping through in other places as well. Brandon and his crew waterproofed the basement about 6 months ago. He and his crew were professional, honest, reasonable priced and happy to answer questions. I waited a while to do the review because I wanted to see how the basement did after freezing, thawing and lots of rain. Well, it did great! There has been no noticeable water leakage since the work was done. Basement no longer has musty smell and basement is actually usable! Price was significantly less than the big waterproofing companies and I cant imagine the quality being any better! Highly recommend!!!

Foundation 1st is a fairly new business but the owner, Brandon Chase is not new to this industry. When he cane to offer a quote for installing French drains at my home, he was on time, professional and offered solutions for the standing water I had in my back yard. He listened to my concerns and explained clearly what the work entitled. His quote was very much below the other two companies who offered quotes on this job. On the day of installation, Brandon and his crew arrived on time and worked continuously that day to finish before expected rain set in. This project was a little tricky as I have an electric fence around my property. They used caution to ensure none of the wires were cut while installing the drains across the front yard, to the street. Otherwise that could have resulted in a pricey service call to the fence company. Whew!! They replaced sod that had to be dug up; used some excess soil to improve the slope on the side of the house; and cleaned up all debris before leaving. I know I chose the right company for my project and would recommend them to anyone needing similar work done. By the way, my dog (Asher) approves of Brandon, too. They seemed to become good buds. 🐕 🐾 🐾

Replaced my drain tile to the street. Did a very complete job. I would recommend them for hire. Very pleased!!
