"I get a ball park estimate for cleaning one chimney in a single story house (150$), then the technician comes, starts with 429$ for basic cleaning, then finds ?a lot of issues ? with the chimney, and gives an estimate of 12k! Technician did not use any probe, or even flashlight to check the chimney, only the phone flashlight! Overall, overpriced, not tidy or high quality service, and lacks transparency with the pricing. Search around more."

They ordered a custom cap in a few days and installed in one week, they also performed a full cleaning with discount in the total of the service. "Not spending too much time on this John was supposed to try fix my 81yr old uncles pellet stove gave us a used one for 600$ for temp, but couldn't use it cus it smoked got some one else to fix smoke pellet stove ran less than 48hrs then started making crazy noise and won't ignite pellets, I keep calling never get a response from John and his mom just "doesn't know" am really unhappy "

We work directly with customers from start to finish. We specialize in quartz/natural stone kitchen countertops, bathroom vanity countertops, fireplaces, and shower walls. We also accept smaller jobs like table tops, window sills & shower curbs. For those smaller jobs we do have remnants available so you don't need to purchase a large slab. But if you do need to purchase a slab, we have accounts with all the major slab wholesale facilities in Seattle/ King County. Please contact us for a free estimate. "DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! We were contacted by Avi after using Angi's List. He said he was in the area and could swing by for an estimate. Once here he suggested we get the leak from our skylight fixed immediately. We agreed, signed a contract then paid a deposit. Work was to start the next day. We then get a call, parts won't be in for four days, but crew will load up and be here Monday with the parts. Monday comes around, no crew. I call late morning and am assured crew will be there. They show up with caulk. I call Avi, he explains they don't have the parts, and don't know when they will, he comes down and tarps the leak. He offers to pay for a new skylight if I don't leave a bad review. I tell him just fix the leak as agreed. One week goes by, he texts me they can't fix it and offer to refund me. What a waste of two weeks! At least I got a tarp out of the deal. What roofing company can't fix a leak from a skylight? I have a complete text log from with all the excuses to why they can't do this job for all those future customers to enjoy. It does make for a good laugh at the back pedaling from Avi."
