The team got the requested work done on time and on budget. However, when asked to provide a receipt for the work done and payment made, it is taking them unusually long to follow up. I still haven't received it after multiple follow ups. Aside from this issue, they were a good vendor to work with.

We had a roof leak during some heavy rain and MNH responded with a next day turnaround fix! Pricing was very good, everything was explained in detail, and with lots of photos and videos!

They got things done really quick. They were knowledgeable. They got the job done in about two hours and the price was right. They were extremely conscientious.

I had a leaking of my house, Avi came and found the problem, then I asked him about whole roof replacement, he gave me good price and order the project the next day. The technicians came next day very early and they did a great job. I got my whole roof replacement and very efficiently. I'm very satisfied with their work.

Needed to have a broken ridge cap replaced, the crew fixed it for me within three days and also found loose pipes that needed to be replaced before further damages occurred. Price was ok; everything is expensive in Seattle areas these days.

Great call back time, within a day they had a technician come and take a look at my roof, in less than a week itâ s all fixed. I think they charge a fair price as well , will definitely call them again for future roofing needs

I want to thank Avi and his team for helping me stay within budget and fixing a terrible roof leakage. Not only that, but his team also found another area of my roof that was severely damp and needed repair with a new covering. Avi contacted me before repairing any additional findings and informed me of the issue, why it was important to repair, and the cost to fix it. I, of course, moved forward with the repair and pictures were taken to show the changes. The only reason I give them a 4 star rating is due to the confusion of being able to also clean the roof. At the beginning, I had asked for the repair of roof, a vent repair, and a cleaning of the roof (removing moss and using a powder to keep it from growing back). All of it was done including the additional repair, but the roof cleaning was not done to the expectation that was described to me. Multiple parts of the roof were missed and sadly, not all moss was removed. Because my roof is very steep, Avi made the decision to refund me a majority of the cost back for the cleaning, which I appreciated greatly. Though now I have to look for another roof cleaner. :( The rest of their work was beautiful and I truly felt like Avi cares for the work he and his team do. I mean, he even came back a few days later to show me all the changes when I requested it. If it came down to it, I would likely ask for their help again for any roof repair or complete replacement. :)

They were able to get us scheduled for assessment quickly. We had a leak and wanted repairs before the weather turns. They got it done over the holiday weekend. Found a couple other issues and repaired them as well.

The estimate for cleaning is quick. They performed well on the roof cleaning. They also found two areas that need to be repaired, and the job were done at the same time. However, the repairs are a bit pricey.

Yanai and team did a great job replacing 4 old deck-mounted skylights. Their bid was way lower than other bids we received, though I decided to go with them due to their roofing expertise and great reviews. They did an excellent job and the new skylights roof looks great.

They did an awesome job cleaning and repairing my roof. They also cleaned my gutters. They are really nice and honest.

He was able to be out and fix the roof was having. Called him on a Sunday and he was out that day to look. Then had his guys out by Tuesday

Quickly responded for bid and scheduling. Work was completed as described and when extra damage was found, fair price for that too. Would definitely recommend.

I discovered that there was a leak above my garage in the evening after a rainy day and was able to get MNH to come out the next day to come and examine the leak. Avi came out the next day and was able to examine the leak spot and recommend a repair for the spot, since the roof was still in good shape. He quoted me a price on the spot and was able to offer a small discount because he was already working the area! The next day, his crew came and was able to fix the spot and inspect for more problem areas.. they found another location where there was a leak and some rot and able to fix it for additional cost (replace plywood and shingles). They also completed the work really quickly (originally was supposed to take 1/2 a day, but they finished it in an hour!). All the debris and trash was removed and I didn't have to worry about anything. The crew that came didn't seem to speak English very well, so my wife couldn't communicate with them very well.. any additional questions had to be relayed back to Avi and then texted to me. Avi noted that there was some mold growth and came back to spray it with chemicals to kill the mold. Overall, I'm not sure how the overall price compares to other companies but it was pretty quick and seamless.. the work was estimated and completed within 3 days. The only other thing of note was that it was hard to know what time things were happening, since we had to be home to let them work.

We had a wonderful experience with M&H. Our roof turned out beautifully, and was done in a matter of days. We've since had them do some additional work for us and would 100% recommend to anyone.

They extended the lifetime of my roof by repairing just what I needed until I am ready for a full roof replacement. Avi didn't try to sell me anything beyond that. The price they quoted was extremely competitive.
