"This was a disappointing experience. I hired TGC to repair a leak from where a balcony attaches to the house. We discussed replacing flashing and removing the exterior door to seal under the door, but instead he just caulked around the base of the door saying the other repairs were unnecessary. I said this was a temporary fix at best, but he disagreed and said it would be fine. He also replaced window casings, trim, and I hired someone else to do the sheet rock work. I was reluctant to do this finish work because if the leak wasn't fixed it would ruin everything that was done, but he guaranteed that the leak was fixed. The leak has returned now in the same place and I'm looking for someone to fix everything properly as it should have been done in the first place. Most of what was done outside by TGC will have to be done over and if the inside work gets water damaged, it will have to be replaced too. It's costing me a lot of money and aggravation. I'm giving two stars because I was satisfied with the trim work he did but not the leak that was the main objective."

"Hiring Galaxy Roofing Services was a hiring mistake. The major issue was with the overall company. They were obviously having cash problems, issues with the materials order, and they clean up was poor. They started with an original quote and added $7000 of extras. 40 boards were replaced at $200 per panel. I had a video of the dumpster 24/7 and went back to look at each panel they put into that dumpster. They definitely replaced complete boards when it was not necessary. In addition, I twice saw one of their employees urinating on the side of my house. I approached him and he just walked away. I went out there at night with a UV light and saw that the problem was far greater. I was also supposed to get a warranty and a replacement for my tarp they damaged. It was promised 7 times. The manager kept saying I am a man of my word. That never proved to be true. I guess they got what they wanted from me. To all else, beware. "

Legacy painters had full access for two months. We've never had a break in. I work for a large high end tool manufacturer. A week ago my company vehicle was broken into and all tools in truck and in my storage space were stolen. My vehicle only was targeted. The thieves knew exactly where to go. There was no sign of forced entry. And police acknowledged it was obvious who stole them. These workers ate lunch and were in our garage daily and could see my vehicle and tools. They knew exactly where to go and gain access. They stole my tools. Don't use them. They're thieves"
