Installers had dirty hands when installing Thermostat which included grease and silicon which got transferred to the thermostat and surround white encasement. It could have been done more professionally. I chalked it up to a couple of younger guys that were not paying attention to details."

"Everything from end-to-end was professional, patient and detailed. We had lots of time with sales and design to see our options. They guided us through decisions we didn’t even know we’d have to make. The whole house was immediately warmer and the installation was so smooth. (At least from our side. I hope the installers felt the same.) The installation team told us each day what they would be working on tomorrow and worked around a couple of tight and high areas with no issues. They took extra steps to protect the surrounding areas and provided great information about how it was going. They took time to save some special millwork around the front door on the inside that we weren’t sure could be saved. It looks great. Finally, the Milgard windows we chose are so crystal clear, it feels like I’ve moved to a different yard. So grateful for everything Lake Washington Windows and Doors provided for us. Thanks to John, Mike, Chris, Josh, Joel, (and that other guy that showed up. LOL!) And Amy… thank you for being diligent and continually following up with us.
