"Everything from end-to-end was professional, patient and detailed. We had lots of time with sales and design to see our options. They guided us through decisions we didn’t even know we’d have to make. The whole house was immediately warmer and the installation was so smooth. (At least from our side. I hope the installers felt the same.) The installation team told us each day what they would be working on tomorrow and worked around a couple of tight and high areas with no issues. They took extra steps to protect the surrounding areas and provided great information about how it was going. They took time to save some special millwork around the front door on the inside that we weren’t sure could be saved. It looks great. Finally, the Milgard windows we chose are so crystal clear, it feels like I’ve moved to a different yard. So grateful for everything Lake Washington Windows and Doors provided for us. "If I could do minus on the stars I would give a -5 stars. This company is horrible and Skylar Jump is rude beyond beleif. He came out and did the bid for the job, and he told me what it would cost me. 1/2 down and the other 1/2 upon completion of the job. They installed new drywall but did not make it flush at the corners, leaving big gaps and putting in large gouges. He and his crew left garbage all over the yard, stole materials and left my house compromised and exposed to the elements. Also damaged some of my vintage furniture from the Hoquiam Castle. So no replacing those. He was calling me and his crew inappropriate names and telling me that I don't listen, constantly interrupting me and told me that my family member who is an expert in siding doesn't know anything and started dising people. Also will not give you a receipt for money paid and will not give you a break down of the job. Also, when picking up materials from Home Depot, he will charge materials for another job onto your account. Do not hire this company unless you want to punish yourself and lose your money."
