They promised a gift card to just come and give an estimate said it would only take an hour and half but it wasn’t an estimate it was a sale man who wouldn’t even give me an estimate and ranted for an hour and a half about there company and product even presented a slide show kept trying to come back multiple times and after I told him he had to leave so I can put my son to sleep he asked to just stay until he was asleep and they wouldn’t even give me the gift card even though I did finally get a quote and he was there for the full 90 minutes do not ever let theses people in your home there are extremely in professional

I am 100% please with the service and product. One of my biggest concerns was energy efficiency. On the hottest day of the year and in direct sunlight, I put my hand on the window and rug where the sun shines as coming in, both were cool to the touch. I touched the door underneath the window and I burned my hand. It passed my test. Now having the best windows in the neighborhood is just a bonus. 😊

I was praying that the windows would make my home warmer after installation.. i still have four windows to go and yet the house is so much warmer. I can"t wait till the winter comes to see if it makes a difference then too. Friday August 10th it was 97 degrees outside; that temperature got knocked right out the ball park . Inside the house I could not believe the temperature was that high. Simply wonderful.

The entire process from initial visit from sale rep/advisor, updates on when the installation would start, and installation process was very professional. I was informed that it would take up to 6-weeks for the windows to be built and based on this an installation date was set. This actual installation occurred within 3 days of the estimate. The installation crew and supervisor installed the 16 windows in one day. The arrived within 5-min of stated arrival time and the work (including cleanup) completed by 15:30.

Harley did a beautiful job replacing all of my windows. What I really appreciated was that a project manager arrived on site to check on the work being done by the crew during my install. The attention to detail and doing a good job was very obvious. Thank you for a job well done.

Great experience from beginning to end. Communication was phenomenal and they arrived when they said they would as well as completed the install in just one day. They put down protective coverings which kept the construction debris from entering the rest of the home. The windows look great and slide so easily. These windows are way more secure than the ones I had. I feel much safer leaving the house now. My girls love their new door as well. No more having to rouse me up in the middle of the night for their potty break. Highly recommend Harley exteriors for your window installation needs.

We had 12 new windows installed just before Fall. The house is warmer and more comfortable. The exterior looks much nicer and the view is fantastic! Will need to see how much energy we are saving through Winter, but the temperature inside is much more stable.

Excellent. Salesman was nice and went over all our options. We feel we got a good deal. The installers were great. They were careful and put cloths down to keep our home clean. They were finished in a few hours and had us inspect their work. They cleaned up after the windows were installed. I would recommend Harley Exteriors to friends.

It was great overall. We decided to replace our single door entry with double doors. There was a longer than usual wait due to supply & demand but we weren't in a hurry. We were kept up to date on the status of the order. There were 2 minor adjustments but they were great about correcting them. Their staff are friendly & knowledgeable & worked with us to schedule to fit our busy retired life! Harley Exteriors replaced our windows in November 2021 & also did a great job!!

I had six of my west facing windows replaced with windows from Harley. Windows are great! They help block out direct sun heat in the summer and hold heat in in the winter. They also have helped with street noise reduction. Replacement went smoothly and finish work matches the original trim.

The installers showed up on time to install 5 windows and a front door. The windows were installed quickly with no problems. However, this house was built in the 40's so it wasn't a normal job to install the front door. The technicians had to rebuild the door framing in order to install the door. They accomplished this all on the same day and it looks and works perfectly! All technicians were knowledgeable, friendly, and hard working. I'm very happy with what they accomplished!

The men were friendly and professional. They did an excellent job replacing our windows.

We were very impressed with the workers. They were quick, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. They were also very polite. The windows were outstanding. Over the summer the windows worked well to keep the house cool. Now in winter the windows have proved to be amazing. The temperature outside was 36% and inside it was 60 degrees. The furnace never came on during the night.

I was very pleased with the Installation of my Windows. I had new carpet and flooring installed and the Installers took very good care of it by protecting the area. The way they Installed my windows was perfect to my liking. They didn't have to cut into my siding outside, just installed them through the inside. I only had the damaged one's replaced at this time but will surely call them back to install the rest when I need them. Very Professional Team.
