Mitch was very informative about the product and services offered. He worked with our budget and made every attempt to save us money.

the sales rep where very professional, but the completion of the paperwork was very poor and unsatisfactory, we were told we will have a 12-month deferral so we decided to have the roof and gutters done since we were offered and told we will have the deferral. When the work was completed, we get a letter in the mail from the finance company saying that first payment was due 30 days after completion. Dabella will not fix their mistake on and give us what we were promised and now we are stuck with we did not want and Dabella will not live up to what was told and give us the 12-month deferral. All in all, that is poor business to tell a customer that you will get them a 12-month deferral and when they admit they messed up they will not fix there mess up. that is poor business and very unprofessional.

Four Hundred Seventy One Days. That's how long it took from signing the contract until final payment was made. Up until the end it was pretty much a hostage situation. I gave up so much of my personal time and energy trying to get this project on the right path. It was a clause in the contract that helped up resolve the issues. If you are considering DaBella, please read every line in your agreement. In my agreement it was revealed that their factory trained installers were subcontractors. DaBella also has no end time in which they have to finish the project. Any legal matter must go through an arbitration service that they have already chosen. DaBella has an agreement that favors the company. There was one problem right after the other before installation and after. I was not getting any return calls from DaBella. We had a letter sent to the office from our attorney to get things moving again. We finally heard from the general manager almost 8 months into the contract. That resolution did not work. Then came a period of text messages, false statements and unkept promises. More issues came to light. A meeting was arranged between DaBella, a subcontractor and I. Another resolution was agreed upon. The final one. We are happy with the outcome and believe that we finally did get the quality that DaBella advertises. To go into every detail on this battle would be an all night project. This is just an outline of what would be a short story. A sad one for this consumer. Consumer economics 101. Let the buyer beware. 471 days.

Do Not use them. I called for a free bathroom consult the sales guy who showed up was aggressive. He did his job well by being extremely pushy. But that's on us, we fell for the act, saw rating son Angi and google and had no experience. He kept following up until he got his deposit, he promised that the install will be done between a certain dates. And then started the terrible service. The install had to be completed between 12/1 and 12/15, we did not hear from anyone until after first week of Dec to schedule. Followed up and were told materials were delayed will be here in a week. in a week we were told sorry we gave incorrect information the materials are further delayed. We had explicitly said we have family visiting and needed the install before then. Finally got scheduled for a date in Jan, the night before the install were told sorry wrong door was ordered someone pushed the wrong button so install was canceled. At this point we were frustrated beyond. Finally install happened in Feb, the contractors who came worked very efficiently but did not cross checked if the materials were the same we ordered. At the end of the day we asked a question from the installer as the shower door looked a bit tilted and he shouted on us it was extremely annoying. The GM came to check and agreed the door need fixing and he will send someone else to service. No one has showed up and there is no response to our emails. The Service of DaBella was one of the most frustrating experience.

I signed a contract with DaBella back in 2016 to do a bathremodelling (it was Rev Exterior at the time) which they promised with lifetime warranty. In January 2023, I discovered that there are cracks around the drain of the bath tub, so I started to call them to file a claim. After several attempts to file a claim, a customer service lady named Asia said that she submitted the claim. A month went by and I didn't hear anything, so I called back and they had no information regarding the claim. They told me to call Jacuzzi (the manufacturer) which I called and Jacuzzi can't find my information by my phone number and they turned me away. I chatted with Bathwraps which is the product on the contract on Facebook and they said to contact DaBella and DaBella should take care of it. I went back and tried to contact DaBella and I keep calling until now I have no solution or any status regarding the claim. I've been ping pong back and forth and I need the tub to be fixed as promised by DaBella with their warranty, they even stated that in the automated call.

Mateo knew his products and understood our needs. He was able to help us make an informed decision. He was able to get us scheduled quick and put the right people on the job. The install crew arrived a week earlier than we expected. This was a good thing. Product had come in and the crew took about one week to install the Hardie siding. We figured it was a 2.5-3 week job. But this crew was good and fast. Done in one week! Jose’ led the crew and he does his best to help you decide on how trim prices and corners will come together. The siding turned out great but you can tell when there was a new guy doing the caulking. Most places had good, clean lines but some had finger smears wiping away the caulk. The crew ended up breaking 2 and losing 2 of our electrical junction boxes. We knew we were responsible for installing the exterior lights as it was written in the contract but this made it quite difficult and time consuming fixing their mistakes. The Hardie trim was covering these boxes and we needed to secure them to the house before a light could be installed. Took me 4hrs to replace 4 boxes working around the Hardie trim. Some of the boxes were also not secured but yet the installers trimmed over the box. Again 30 seconds to put a screw back in to secure the box would save the home owner lots of time. The crew was also ruff on our electrical plugs and we had to replace 3 of them as they broke the porcelain sockets. They had many power tools plugged into each outlet and over loaded the sockets. Easy fix but still more work for the home owner if a little care had been taken it could have been avoided. Over all we are happy with the siding and the install. DaBell did a great job communicating and had the work done ahead of schedule. Having a company that is able to get materials and labor together is tuff these days but they did what they said they would. Would have given them 5 stars had the electrical boxes just been secured before they put Hardie siding over them and not broke/lost the 4.

I have products I need in the near future and have had friends who have worked with Mateo and received windows. The windows were amazing and reduced their electricity bill. I can feel the comfort when I am there. I will definitely reach out to Mateo when I am ready for window replacement. Great company.

not installed yet Austin was enjoyable to work with and gave us all the information we needed to make a decision. I felt he was giving us the best deal he could.

We had Skye Thompson with Dabella out today, she was very professional and knowledgeable about the products and what our needs are. Unfortunately, we are dealing with insurance due to burst pipes in our shower wall and we were not able to coplea transaction without contacting our insurance carrier. But we will continue dealing with Dabella. Skype was wonderful...

This is just the beginning phase of this project. Getting the quotes, financing approval and start dates locked in. Mateo was very prompt in arriving at appointed times. He was very clear in what needed to happen and in what intervals they would need to happen to insure the process goes smoothly. He seemed knowledgeable about the product he was representing and helped me to make an informed decision as to what product would work best for my home.

DaBella's sales and customer service teams were great. I had some issues with my project but DaBella, along with their subcontractors, helped straighten out my concerns. The price of my project changed during the duration of my project due to unforeseen circumstances, but DaBella helped figure out additional finance options. Overall, DaBella was nice to work with.

Tim was very thorough, answered more questions than either he or I might have expected. He demonstrated great understanding of roofing issues I am facing. Long visit to the attic, helped me understand things much more thoroughly.

Three sales reps from Dabella visited our home for the bath remodel project. Preston, one of the sales rep, did professional job explaining the offering and what to expect during the project.

DaBella was quick to reach out while we were looking for quotes for an upcoming house siding replacement project. Isaiah McClarron and Clayton Naputi came out to the house, walked the property with me, pointed out the various issues with the current siding (which is why this project was being considered) and took the time to talk about my priorities and what I would like out of the project and the contractors we work with. They were amiable, informative, took the time to fully explain the product, the process, and the company all while patiently handling our delays as we cared for our 7 month old. We went into this planning on just getting an estimate but ended up deciding to take the leap and work with DaBella. I would recommend anyone looking at re-siding their home at least take the time to meet with DaBella to see if they can meet or exceed the value you’d get from anyone else.

I had Ocean , a sales rep from Dabella come out to take a look at my old shower I was tired of looking at, got my install done three weeks ago and am so happy with how this project turned out! Everything is beautiful and it was quick too! Definitely recommend Dabella

Got a reasonable estimate and their products were very impressive. Absolutely love the product and am keeping them in mind for my final decision.

They provided an estimate and were professional. Pricing however was on the higher end.

I am happy to say I would not only hire DaBella again, I would refer in a heartbeat. From sales intro-and forward to the end of the siding job, which was done in the winter of 2019, I found them to be professional and worth the money and time. The crew was proficient and carful of our property and the sales team followed up afterward and left all good vibes for their products.

Overall, when you talk to these guys, they’re great! Preston (the fella that gave me a quote and walked me through what DaBella is all about) was super helpful along the ordering process, and even followed up to make sure everything went well. I think internally, there are some communication issues as I got several answers when they were going to be ready for install, and I get it - stuff happens - but it just never seemed 100% aligned depending who you talked through. Otherwise, my experience with DaBella was great.

The DaBella representative who arrived for the appointment was prepared, organized, professional and completely informed on the products. He did an excellent job of explaining all aspects of the company, the products offered and was able to answer all of our questions. But, we did not appreciate the hard sell. We made it 100% completely clear that we were looking at other companies and this was only the first of several bids we planned to get. The DaBella rep continued to press the hard sell further and even proposed a lower price if we would commit to signing a contract that day. He made a to call “the company” to find out if there was an “open box” price that could be lower. We were completely turned off that we were not given the honest bottom line dollar amount the first time and that the more we said “not today” the lower the price became. This was totally unexpected and we agreed that even if we wanted the bathroom remodel offered we would not do business with DaBella because of the deceptive business practice of “hard sell and lower the price if the customer says no the first time”. Again, a total turnoff.

We are so grateful we met Patrick to take care of this project for us. I needed a tub for accessibility reasons and to be able to stay in my home. Patrick came to my home 3 times and worked very hard with me on making this project affordable. I will never forget this
