It is a commercial grade sterilant with its roots in industrial process and hospitals. Our products are EPA/FDA registered and non-toxic. Our process requires no demolition which is cost effective. We can treat a typical 2000sq ft home in about 3.5 hours. Dealing with mold is completed in two steps, the first is killing the spores, we fill the home with our first product to kill mold, the next step is to keep mold from returning, we treat all surfaces with an ani-microbial. Once the home is treated we conduct air quality testing, Samples are sent to a third party lab for testing. We also offer an industry leading warranty and guarantee our work. This process has been used since 2008 and has quickly become peoples preferred method in dealing with mold. We deal with residential and commercial properties with no project too big or small.
