Insulation Co LLC - Removal & Clean Outs

Joe and his team did a fantastic job! We had a couple of estimates done before contacting Joe, and not only was he the most cost efficient, but was able to get us on his calendar quickly. Joe arrived for the estimate on time, and was able to complete it rather quickly. We arranged a time that worked for both of our schedules. When the day arrived, we received a notification that his team were on the way. They completed the work quicker than was estimated, and took pictures to show us, so we didn't have to go down there. We've had bad experiences with contractors in the past, and always get hit with additional costs "that weren't expected". This was not the case with Joe. What we agreed upon is what we paid. With a new baby at home, the quick and budget friendly work was much appreciated! We would hire them again to complete insulation projects in our home, and would recommend them to a friend.

Insulation Co. blew in cellulose wall insulation from the inside into a small rental unit. Another vendor with a possible lower price said bidding was several weeks out and then several more weeks to do the job. Another vendor only blows in fiberglass (less insulating R value than cellulose) and only blows from outside of a house (would wreck the looks of our cedar siding). So, we didn't go with either of them. But Jo was able to work us into his schedule in less than a week. Careful workers. Did a great job. They provided plugs for all the holes. As, I have experience with "mudding and taping, " I patched all the holes in the walls myself with joint compound.

They were amazing! We will for sure use this company again. It was enjoyable to work with Jo. He answered his phone whenever I called (which is unusual in this business). He met us at the job site on time, was able to take care of his work promptly and efficiently. We were SO happy with his work!!

great. Sno county gave me a hard time on the permit on insulation R-value. Jo knew what to do and make the install work and the County was happy with inspection. I work as a general, Chermak Construction, and I really appreciate a sub or another contractor "doing what they say they going to do" This is a Quality outfit.

Excellent! Jo (the owner) was very professional & always responded promptly to every communication. His over the phone quote was spot on and when someone came out in person there were no upcharges or hidden fees which I thought may possibly occur as his quoted price was extremely reasonable. He was able to accommodate our schedule and get the job done quickly. The installers were on time and finished in the time promised. Excellent service and prices, I highly recommend.

Working with Jo Estrada has been a breeze the whole way through. We communicated through email. He got back to me immediately with any questions I had. Insulation installed in attic and it's very full. Wrapped skylights as well. His crew was incredibly efficient & polite. Job well done. Very professional, fairly priced. I would gladly hire him again.
