Rich and his team from strictly sewers hand dug a 12ft trench to replace a broken sewer line. The estimated depth of the break was 8ft but because of the nature of the break and the complicated nature of having to tie into the side sewer he had to dig deeper and do more extensive work then anticipated. Even with this additional work he was within 20% of his estimate. He handled all aspects of the work, permit, inspection, clean up, and sewer scoping. Would recommend without hesitation.

Bid was very competitive, professional manner, could hardly tell anything was done once they had finished (i.e. excellent clean up). They were able to provide an estimate and final invoice via email (this is important to me and some folks [still] can't do it).

I got a very ominous diagnosis from a popular drain-cleaning company. I decided to get an independent inspection and did so. Following that I contacted four well-reviewed companies for estimates. Rich at Strictly Sewers immediately responded to my inquiry. He gave his bid the next day which came in at less than half the competition. He did the work promptly and cleanly, explaining what he saw when doing it and the final bill was a few hundred dollars less than his estimate.
